Product was exactly what I ordered to co-ordinate with already purchased fabric,the goods when delivered where safely and securely packaged,and the despatcher adhered to safe distancing measures,ensuring his distance at all times.
I had expected delays with delivery,but parcel arrived within the time slot.

Fantastic shade, lovely bright colour. Only reason I didn’t give 5* was because the glue at the side was unstuck when it came and I had to push it together more, also 2 small pinprick holes on shade so had to turn it around.

The order came in a timely fashion and was just what I hoped it to be!

Ordered curtains last month and after emailing to ask how long they would take, had no reply. Asked for money back and still no response. Avoid at all cost!

The lady I spoke to was very helpful and phoned me back informing me that it had been located in the packing room. Even better I received it today the kind of service I wish more online retailers adopt

This is the second set of bespoke curtains I have had: perfect fit and delivered ahead of schedule. Definitely recommended.

Curtains arrived in the timescale promised. Well made. Good quality.

We had a large order due during the COVID-19 pandemic, right when moving into a new house. With three young children, the black our curtains ordered were critical but not ready on the promised date, and unfortunately Pret a Vivre suspended all installations. Thankfully, the company prepared some emergency blackout curtains that saved us.

Unfortunately, nearly half the privacy blinds we ordered weren’t sized right and could not be used. Disappointing when you consider the premium price tag.

Ordered 7th December with 4-5 day delivery stated on website and all subsequent communication since. 4th Jan and still no sign. Very poor customer service who don’t care about the mis-advertising that is duping customers to spend money. Like others wish I had read the reviews and not purchased from this company. Worried about what the quality will be like now as customer service have been shocking to date. Apparently in transit but courier has no record of receiving so unable to track.

BEWARE BEWARE.
These curtains do not take 3-5 days. I ordered mine nearly 3 weeks ago and they are still in 'production' I urgently need them and when I call the customer service people I have to wait for ages to speak to someone who then make promises that are not kept. I wish I had read all the reviews before I ordered because I would have gone somewhere else. Really poor.

Finally got my order today after nearly 4 weeks of chasing and making desperate calls. The customer services was absolutely horrendous. I contacted them 3 times and they promised to call back but never did. For an order of nearly £2700, I expected a better service. I think it's fraudulent to claim 2-3 working days lead time when in reality it is nearly 4 weeks with endless haggling and howling. I would certainly not recommend this company.
