I ordered an expensive pair of curtains from Custom-curtains on the 15th of September 2021. Almost 6 weeks later on 26th October, I was sent an email telling me that the material I had requested was out of stock. I gave them the benefit of the doubt (why did it take them so long to let me know?) and decided to change my order to the alternative material that was suggested. I received an email on the 1st November telling me that my order was in production and was a priority. By the 10th November I had heard nothing more, so contacted customer services to find out when I was going to receive my order. I was then told that the new material I had chosen was also out of stock! Having waited nearly 2 months (and having paid for the curtains at time of order) I had had enough. I have cancelled the order and now have to wait on tenterhooks to see if the money I paid will actually be refunded. Nice scam - 2 months' use of my money with no actual product. Avoid this firm at all costs!

Curtains are lovely. Overall well made and look great. However, on one curtain the machinist had stitched over the cord near the end of the tape so the only way to gather the curtains was to pull out the stitches. The yellow on them was very much darker (and greener) than in the website pictures, as well, and one set had not been ironed properly along the edges.

I ordered a lampshade to match my daughter’s curtain material. It arrived promptly and looks great. I will certainly use custom curtains again.

I’m over the moon with my bedroom curtains. They’re well made and look gorgeous.
I received emails to keep me informed of delivery date, arrived 2 weeks early and the delivery driver was so friendly. All in all a perfect service!

Excellent service from ordering free fabric samples to delivery of finished curtains. Really nice quality, well made and look great. Also got a courtesy email reminder they hadn't forgotten me and were on track to deliver according to the original target. Would recommend and use again.

Poor customer service response. I emailed them from hospital to ask for clarity on delivery times and availability before placing an order since our twin babies are about to be delivered very early and delivery time is therefore critical. First time I just got told to place order online and my actual question was ignored. Second time when I went back to them and asked for clarity on delivery times I was told to call up customer service... from my hospital bed... the whole reason I emailed them to ask was because I can't phone from hospital... so I will now be ordering elsewhere after such an unhelpful response!

We are pleased with the quality of curtains, they are prefect for what we wanted and the blackout feature is great although they was still fairly expensive but the cheapest we found after shopping around. The only thing that let it down was the delivery which was very slow! And we was unable to pick a delivery slot which made it hard to judge if someone was going to be home to take in the very expensive order!

Very good value for the price. Packing and delivery excellent as was the customer service.

I have never ordered curtains from the Internet before, and until the day they arrived I was worried, that the size would be wrong, the material would not be as per sample. It was a lot of money to spend on a fill out form, and a small sample!
Well all I can say is I breathed a sigh of relief! Yes I'd measured correctly, I'd ticked all the correct boxes, the material was as nice fully made up, and hangs beautifully, workmanship excellent, tiebacks just finished the dressing of my window!

Box was in a bad way on delivery but the contents were undamaged. Remarkably, we seem to have measured everything correctly and we're very happy with the print :)

The blackout backing isn't as "black out" as I'd have expected but that's a minor quibble.

Would definitely use you again :)
