My whole experience working with CustomMade was amazing! I've been looking for my perfect non traditional ring set for about two years and nothing was turning up as aesthetically representing my style while also being of good quality. The representative assigned to my project was Michael, and he made the entire process so seamless. He was insightful in helping me design my ring, pick out the appropriate stones for my vision and budget, was quick to give me any updates on production and next steps while keeping an open line of communication where I could reach out to him with any questions or concerns and he would get back to me quickly with a knowledgeable response. The entire process only took about 3 months for my specific project and I could not be happier with the final product. Throughout production you do get concept sketches, digital renders as well as photos of the finished project, but I was not prepared for just how perfect it turned out when I opened the package and saw the physical ring/band. They also send you a certification of authenticity so it really put my mind at ease from the understandable fear of being burned by online scam websites. When I learn how to upload a photo/video of my ring set, I will. But they truly are a company that was a pleasure to work with.

I don’t even know where to begin — my fiancée is absolutely in love with her engagement ring, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation I had going into it.

A big part of that experience was working with our designer, Emily. She made the entire process smooth, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and helped bring that vision to life in a way that was even better than I imagined. Her attention to detail and care throughout the process did not go unnoticed.

Seeing my fiancée’s reaction when she first saw the ring is something I will never forget. The design is absolutely perfect for her. The pear-shaped center stone is elegant and timeless, and the band adds a unique and refined touch that fits her style so well.

One of the most meaningful parts of the ring is the two small stones incorporated into the design. They represent our birthstones, which adds a deeper level of symbolism and makes the ring even more special to both of us. It’s those kinds of thoughtful details that really set this experience apart.

The quality of the ring is incredible. It has that immediate “wow” factor, but still feels like something she can wear every day. She catches herself staring at it constantly, and it’s already received so many compliments.

We did have to send it back for resizing, and even that part of the process was seamless. When it came back, it fit perfectly and still looked flawless — you would never know it had been adjusted. That level of craftsmanship and consistency really speaks to the quality of their work.

Photos don’t fully capture how beautiful the ring is in person. The sparkle, the detail, and the overall presence are even better in real life.

The entire process was amazing. Every step of the way, the people I worked with were knowledgeable and helpful. It did take a few times to get the ring to set correct, but it was well within the timeline and I appreciated having it done right as opposed to fast. My son created a design based on information about our family, mine and my husband’s ancestors. Custom Made took his drawings and made a perfect ring for us. That was two years ago. Recently, we asked for two more of the same ring for our children which we just received. They are just as beautiful as the first two. Exactly what we asked for. They go back and forth with you making sure every aspect of the design is as you want. They keep you appraised of what is going on throughout each step of the process. We were assigned a contract person who did a phenomenal job keeping us updated and answered all questions immediately. Great company to work with. Great place to get heirloom pieces to pass down for generations.
