I have used CustomMade to design both the engagement ring for my Fiance and our wedding rings. I have been consistently impressed with the timeliness, quality, and flexibility of the team of employees that I have interacted with. I provided many annotations and notes on the sketches and renderings provided and they truly did not rest until it was exactly how I wanted it. When I was unsure of the possibilities, they provided detailed guides of the options and expert opinions that provided the pathway to clear decision making. The quality of the final products received is impeccable and at a comparable price to non-custom pieces in many stores. If you want a custom ring, I can not imagine a better option than CustomMade. My (future) wife and I will cherish these pieces for the rest of our lives.

My fiance had custom made my engagement ring via CustomMade— so I knew I wanted to go through them for my wedding band. I envisioned wearing them together. The process was smooth, and super fast. I love my band and I’m sad I have some time before I can wear it. Turned out perfect.

OMG :O, the experience I had, and hopefully continue to have, was wonderful! Prompt communication was displayed and if my questions or concerns weren't attended to immediately, they were viewed, discussed and resolved quickly. From the time discussions begin, about my ring and its creation of it, the whole journey was meticulous and carefully thought out. Adjustments were made with no problems, and the duration of the project was delivered as promise. I received my ring with total satisfaction, as I do believe, very much that it was created with craftsmanship, and devotion with the promises that were given to me, on time! I love my ring, and I can't wait to show it off with family, friends and most of all, my fiancé, on our Wedding Day. My experience with CustomMade.com was so great! I was a little skeptical buying such an important item online. Their whole step-by-step process and communication, along with great reviews, made it such a nice experience. The person who was my contact through the whole process also helped with the design and had great ideas and feedback. In the end the ring was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend!

It’s difficult to find a place that can custom make rings exactly the way you picture it but gee golly they did it. They made sketch concepts until it was just the way I wanted. After they made the ring they let me put an inscription on it and made any modifications I asked for AND they didn’t try to push me for anything I didn’t want like every other place did. Like they were just wonderful. Now I have a dream engagement ring and I will be returning for a dream wedding ring.

This company is great. I was looking to have a specific ring made and I found them on internet. I was hesitant at first because I didn’t know how they would be. They were the best. They kept me up to date with everything that was going on. They took pictures of what I wanted and sent them to me to see if this is what I wanted. It was an awesome experience and at the end I have this beautiful ring built like I requested. I would recommend them 100% to anyone and I will of course use them again in future.

Making my dream ring a reality
Being able to work with the employees at CustomMade.com helped me create my dream ring for my fiancé. Being a wlw couple, finding rings that would fit her interests proved to be a difficult challenge. We absolutely love small businesses and I came across CustomMade while doing a search. Working with them made the process a whole lot easier while also adding a personal touch to the experience. Communication was excellent, the product was beautiful, and my fiancé was in love with her ring! I could not have asked for a better experience. I plan on going to them for our wedding bands! 10/10 would recommend for those looking to add a personal touch to an engagement ring <3

I got both my engagement ring and wedding band made here and it's been nothing but a perfect experience! The process couldn't be easier to go through, everyone is so kind and replied quickly, received multiple updates through every step of the process, and the finished results have been absolutely beautiful! Careful, thoughtful, responsive communication throughout the process of design, manufacture, and quality control. Every effort was made to identify and respond to my preferences. Remade the first version as they identified a flaw that was not a significant issue for me. Final product exceeded my expectations.

This was truly the easiest/most personal way I could imagine buying a ring! I had an idea of what I wanted (then changed that idea a bunch) and ended up with the most beautiful and unique ring! Emily was amazing and soo helpful! I can’t thank you all enough!

We used Custom made for my ring and my now wife's ring wedding ring and band. They were amazing to work with. Communication was top tier, we never felt like any question was too small to ask. Nix was our main point of contact for both rings and they were amazing and we are so lucky that they were with us for the both rings. When we had to get a ring resized and fixed they were able to work with our timeline to repair and ship the ring back in time for our engagement party. We had no issues with shipping and everything was packaged with care. We enjoyed the pictures before the shipped to finished piece. They were able to take the pictures we sent to them and make them into perfect rings. I will always go back to them if/when we need rings. 10/10 great company! Thank you to everyone who had a hand in making our rings.

This was the worst experience I could have imagined. I worked for months to correct basic errors the company made on my custom piece - misspellings, off-centered images, and more. My final piece contained errors I made clear I was concerned about from the start, but after going back and forth with the company for 5 months, I accepted the final piece to finally put this terrible experience behind me. If you have a special piece you’d like to have made, save yourself the headache and waste of money and work with another company. Custom made charges like professionals in the craft but are anything but that.

This was a fun passion project for me. Creating a signet ring with my family crest has been a dream for a long time. Everyone I worked with at Custom Made was truly exceptional. Follow up was always quick and I had my ring even before the promised in-hand date. I was thrilled with the outcome and everyone has commented on my new ring. A great experience for sure.

Every step of the way, the staff and people creating my custom engagement ring, were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in making sure my engagement was amazing.
After proposing and giving the ring to my Fiancé, I told her if she wants any adjustments or tweaks, we can send it back to have changes made. She got mad at me, saying I can never take the ring away from her now.

From the start of the project to the end, the team was highly communicative, helpful, and transparent. They found work arounds in the budget so that I could get the exact piece I envisioned without compromising my pocketbook or the end product. Speaking of the final product: BLOWN AWAY. So gorgeous, SUCH high quality, an absolute showstopper that is now a family heirloom piece. They were amazing at every stage in the process and I HIGHLY recommend utilizing them.

I actually had other jewelers bidding this project and I was able to get a bigger, fancier, customized piece for less money through CustomMade than any other shop. CHECK THEM OUT!!!

100% Recommended. They entire ring building process was streamlined from start to finish and my input was the driving factor. I started with a few suggestions of what I wanted to put on her ring and Colin right from the beginning sent me 8 ideas to match. After narrowing it down his team sent me a handful of drawn designs which we modified. Then modified again a few more times until I was pleased with the outcome. After 3D rendering it, I knew it was the one I wanted to give her. The process of bringing it to life began, and Colin gave me play by plays the whole time. Then came the day, she said Yes! She was stunned by the ring, and so are my friends and family. We're definitely coming back for the wedding bands! Huge thanks to Colin and the whole team of talented Jewelers who made this major chapter of my life come to be.

The people who were working with me were very helpful throughout the whole process. If you have a question they get back to you very fast with clarity. The quality of rings they make is amazing. You definitely get what you paid for.
