Needed a polystyrene box to transport frozen baby’s milk for a trip and I searched everywhere and found this company online. The ordering process was smooth and the box was delivered 2 days later. It’s a great quality box that did the job!

very quick, good value, good quality

The polystyrene boxes, ice packs and cardboard outers arrived quickly. When I contacted Custompac with a question this was answered very quickly. The boxes themselves are excellent quality and as described- just sent the first 2 away and I have no worries about them or their contents. The only slightly annoying thing was that it was actually cheaper to buy a pack of 10 boxes, rather than just 5 (which was what we currently needed.) So we got 10, and they will all be used eventually but we do need to store them. Never mind, the value for money and quality are more important.

I made an error on the order and the team sorted it out straight away, and were so friendly and helpful.

The polystyrene boxes we ordered arrived within the time frame, and were just what we expected. They are just a little fragile, but it is in the nature of the material. Have used them again and again. I will purchase from Custompac in the future.
