Very helpful and the fastest delivery yet. The only let down was DPD Local who failed to deliver the parcel and stated they "missed" me. However, this is not a reflection on Cusompac.

Great company for cavity insulation materials
Great company. Needed to top up cavity insulation, so sent for a 2 cu ft bag. It was dispatched next day and arrived as notified 48 hour later, by the postman. Left it to settle a week, then decided to order another bag to top up after riffling. Nice easy clean job.

Very happy with service and product. I would suggest that some thought is given to protecting the corners, but that is the fault of the carrier, not Custompac.

Simply brilliant!
I initially made contact through the online ask a question, got a reply back in a very short space of time, offering to send samples of the 2 different types of polystyrene I was asking about. These arrived 2 days later. I placed my order the same day, which was a Saturday, order was dispatched on Tuesday morning, arrived with me on the next day. Absolutely amazing customer service from Kathy the sales/office manager.
I really highly recommend Custompac!

Cheated with delivery
The item was delivered to a different address. The goods were not delivered to me. The money was not returned. Poor service, would not recommend.

Until today, no one delivered the goods to me. I'm an old man. I am always at home. Looks like I was just cheated, I lost a lot of money. Now you have to wait a month to save up money for a new order. Don't trust this company.

Hi,
Your goods were originally delivered to your neighbour as you weren't in at time of delivery. We then had DPD collect the goods from your neighbour and redelivered to yourself as you couldn't collect them yourself. This took longer than our stated delivery times due to having to arrange the collection and redelivery.
Your eBay case was closed by eBay as the tracking showed they had been delivered to your address, which you agreed had eventually happened albeit a few days late due to the requested redelivery.
While we do strive to always deliver on time and to the requested address, we can not always guarantee it if you aren't in at time of delivery or if you request a collection and redelivery from a neighbour's house.
My apologies that you feel we haven't lived up to your expectations this time.
Great product and delivery
The small balls of insulation where great to fill in between a difficult wall cavity. Poured straight out of the bag in to a small brick size gap at the top of the cavity. Delivered next day, extremely fast. Be careful if it is an open site and it is windy, the balls can go everywhere, but don't let that put you off, just take some precautions.
