Ich habe für meine Bestellung von 23€ nochmal 14€ Zollgebühren zahlen dürfen. Das kann doch wirklich nicht sein. Ansonsten müsste ein Hinweis sein, dass die Bestellung von außerhalb der EU geliefert wird. Die Bestellung an und für sich ist in Ordnung.

Straight forward process when ordering and quick delivery. Picked a pair of plugs and got a discount, then went ahead and paid for the mystery bag for a pair of plugs and again they have impressed me with what I got

Ordered some black and white marble silicone plugs, once i'd reached the right size i put them in, they felt incredible, really high quality, a few weeks later, the white silicone started to yellow horribly on just one plug.

Reached out to customer service thinking they would make it right as they have "100% satisfaction guaranteed",

I was told unfortunately as it's been 10 months they wouldn't offer a replacement, understandable but as its less than a year, they aren't the cheapest plugs and the company appears to pride themselves on quality, it wasn't a reply i was expecting

Took money for order. Once confirmation came through they emailed to vaguely say they had supply issues so orders may take longer than said. 3 weeks later no item has turned up and have requested refund with no response.

Site is clearly selling items they don’t possess and are not sure when or if they can get them for customers. Clear sign of a business operating in bad faith. Avoid.

I've been ordering from Custom Plugs for the last few years and have had a great experience every time. Great quality plugs/tunnels/body jewellery with quick delivery and the Custom Plugs team are lovely and really responsive. Looking forward to my next order.

I love tht they have different designs of jewellery and I’m new to ear stretching I’m at 0g and this is the first company tht I haven’t had a reaction to there jewellery which im so thankful for

Been ordering from Custom Plugs for over 10 years. Met the people who started it at a tattoo convention and got a business card from them, so they were the first thought when wanting new plugs. Got tones of options, so whatever looks or vibe you're going for, they either have exactly what you're looking for or something very very close. Never had a bad experience with them.

The delivery is amazingly quick and all the things I've bought have came within 2 business days after I ordered and I've always been 100% happy with all of them. I was suggested this brand when I started my eye stretching journey and I'm so happy I chose them. I couldn't have had a better experience with stretching my ears
