Really good service and very prompt. My surname wasn't on the website but asked for some designs and they wwwre put up promptly. We then opted for all the express bits to get our stamp and wax done as quickly as possibly, ans whilst it increased the cost a bit it definitely made certain we had in quickly. Order placed on a Saturday and had the stamp in hand on the Wednesday (they started processing the order on Monday). Getting updates on where tbe stamp was too was really nice (so we knew once it was done being made and waiting to be shipped etc). Great company ans will be using again.

Wax is great, only improvement I can think of is of the seal had an indication on it which way round was *up* for ease, but I'm sure we will get the hang of it.

Extremely high quality stamp and very fast shipping from England to the US. I was impressed enough that I immediately placed another order (in July) for Christmas presents.

This is the third time I have purchased a wax seal from Custom Wax N Seals and once again, I am impressed! Their commitment to quality is marvellous and I cannot fault Sam's efficient and friendly customer service. Nothing seems too much trouble and everything is done in a swift manner. And the wax seals are always packaged so professionally and very nicely, with its own little blue bag and some spare wax sticks. Arrived quickly. Good quality wax but just wish the colours were more consistent from batch to batch.
