Fabric not sent.However I wasn’t contacted,instead I had to “chase” it only to be told the fabric I ordered was unavailable.Communication was great AFTER the fact.I received a full refund & voucher too.My hesitation is NOT being told my order couldn’t be fulfilled & the general timeframes are slow going
I’ll try a small order using the voucher as a second shot but my reluctance I think is justified here …Not telling customers that you haven’t got a fabric & just letting orders sit is contradictory to trustworthy

I was pleased with two of the fabrics…
I was pleased with two of the fabrics supplied but disappointed that bright blue floral lining was out of stock,so instead of refunding me a substitute was sent. I would not have chosen that as it was a dark dull colour.
