Waited over a week with no confirmation that my fabric had been shipped ...Emailed to say so ...got a refund instead of said fabric order !!

I placed an order in the 17th of this…
I placed an order in the 17th of this month March and I still haven’t received my order, I have sent emails and only received one back saying they would look into it I’ve had to email a few more times as still no reply,
I find this extremely frustrating as you can not even call or get to the bottom of the issue.
The order came to almost £130. Pounds so I’m out of pocket and they won’t even email me back
I would not recommend this company anymore and I will also inform a large amount of people I know that have used them not to anymore.

Not good quality material to thin and cheap looking
Not good quality material, one of the items was out of stock so they replaced it with something a completely different colour, also it took 3 weeks to arrive instead of 3-5 days. , and it cost me over £8.00 to rerun it.

I've waited 2 weeks and the fabric still hasn't arrived. I have emailed twice and have had no reply.
I have not been advised how long standard delivery is.
I have now received a refund and they are going to look into the delay.
