We just got a bike for our son. It was not a cheap option, but Matt was fantastic in guiding us and educating us with our purchase. I would go back any time and suggest my family go there too. The knowledge was vast and friendly, and all staff were approachable. We left with lots to think about, I loved the no pressure approach. When we were getting the bike, the service was brilliant. We bought there and then, and they fixed everything up for my son. It was like christmas day for him. Thank you to the team, and Matt!

Do not buy any bike from this terrible retailer. I purchased a gravel bike from these despicable clowns and regretted it from the first few miles. I specifically stated that the bike was going to be used daily & ridden hard. Day 1, the cassette started rattling. I got it tightened. Day 2, same again

I did get a refund as requested but with a rather grubby & cheeky cleaning charge deduction. The cheek. " it's been ridden ".... well of course it has you awful person!

If you insist on a Specialized bike, buy direct online and not via these awful people. The terms and conditions are more favorable than a distributor apparently

They even had the front to insist that the bike wasn't faulty when it had gone through their workshop to get it bike tight

Got a fantastic deal from Cycle Revolution for my Whyte E160 however the best bit was the customer service, from the point of order with Cynthia to answering some of my question with Alex the manager taking ownership and making sure that I was happy - A+

Terrible customer service, bought an item on line at the sale price, £13 off, they sent me an invoice and took payment, 3 days later get an email saying they can't honour the sale price and can either refund me or charge me the extra £13.

I have been using these guys since 1996 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always professional and at great prices. From my constant demands for asap repairs to full builds and S Works race bikes, the Rev and associated shops have always come up trumps in record time. Thanks again as always. Shout out to Ian for my last two builds.😁👍🏼

Ordered a bike online and initially I was quite impressed with the price and how quick it arrived, but then it went downhill.
Upon opening the box they were obvious issues with the bike. The reflector was smashed, the rear tyre deflated and wouldn’t pump up, half the protective packaging was removed and just chucked it the box with additional waste packaging. The box for the pedals and the quick release for the front wheel was opened and I had to find these parts among the rubbish in the bottom of the box. At this point I was feeling quite disappointed and ripped off.
I contacted them by phone and spoke to Cynthia, she was polite and helpful in resolving the issues and kept to her word of keeping us informed.
I was given the option of returning for a refund, £40 to take it to a bike shop or returning it to them where they would repair and send it back to me. No exchange was offered as they said it was now out of stock.
I took up the option of having them rectify the issues and returning it as I was concerned it wouldn’t get a replacement in time for my daughter’s birthday.
This time round everything went a lot smoother, I got a confirmation email like it was a fresh order. I was sent pictures of the bike being checked and packed, which I believe I should have received on the initial order. It arrived on time with all the protective packaging attached, the defects rectified and in time for my daughter’s birthday.

Great from start to finish, kept me in touch with what was going on with my order via e mail and phone call. Had a small issue with putting it together, my fault not the bikes, called the Norwich branch and they walked me through the issue, overall highly recommended.

I got a puncture on the rear wheel of my e-bike. As this made it complicated to repair I went straight to Giant on Hall Road who were super-helpful and had me back on the road n a little over an hour.

Nothing too much trouble helping find the correct footwear.

Took my bikes in a couple of days later to get the pedals swapped over free of charge.

Visited the Colchester branch and was seen by John who was so friendly and knowledgable he showed me all the relevant bikes to my needs (the shop is very well stocked so you can compare many different brands) he let me try out three different models without any pressure which led to me buying a haibike alltrack 7 ,brilliant service and products ,thanks John and cycle revolution
