Had a few issues with my new wheels down to my own fault, but the help and service I received from everyone in the shop was outstanding and not once battered an eye lid to help me out and put things right. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a new bike.

Only bought vouchers as a gift but was a bit disappointed it was just in email form as it showed it as actual vouchers when looking on website and thought they would be sent to me via post ! So would give 0 for presentation

Wheels are fine, but and a very big BUT, you have clearly sold me an “open box”OR they’re a customer return OR even worst a display model, all be it with no marks that I could see. The wrapping inside was all torn open and the box was open at the bottom, clean cut to tape. So either during transit or before posting, parts have gone missing, namely the tubeless valves and the warranty information, I’m guessing as there was no paper work in the box either so I’m none the wiser, thankfully qr code are where still in place so could register the wheels. How the wheels stayed in the box I don’t know but they did and are fine so no drama there.

I rang to give you a chance a to rectify the missing tubeless valves but 2 weeks later I’m still waiting and got fed up with waiting so bought some at further cost to myself. If I’d known these were an open box/a customer return I’d certainly of been asking for some money off if I’d gone to the shop to pick them up.

This was certainly not a cheap purchase at 1500 quid, I expect a lot more seeing as your premier high end dealer in the Suffolk/Essex area and you have kindly reminded me why I don’t shop local and why I service my own bike. Back to sigma sport from now on for all my purchases, a proper shame.

It’s easy to buy something and be happy with it and just accept that it was good. The experience with Cycle Revolution was so good that I wanted to write about it and compliment them.

I ride bikes and have bought a lot of bikes over the years from various retailers. I bought a bike for my son for his Christmas from Cycle Revolution and I would put this experience at the very top.

I got pictures of the bike in the stand, the pre delivery inspection report emailed to me and it all arrived on time.

When we got the bike out it was perfect. No brakes or gear indexing adjustments were required and it rode brilliantly. I even noticed a spot of grease on the kick stand - something that is easy not to do.

Thank you again for a great experience and a bike that has made my son extremely happy.

I left it very late to order a bike in time for Xmas. Called and spoke to Stuart, he was able to call ahead and check everything was in place whilst the order was processed. Arrived well before I thought it would. Great job guys.

I received a phone call to confirm my order, they wanted to check to see if I had any questions etc. The bike was straight away unboxed and checked over and given a pre delivery inspection. I was even sent photos of my bike being checked over! What more can they do!! Brilliant!! It was then sent straight out to me! From ordering to receiving my new bike it was about 3 days. Great service and a great price, I highly recommend these guys at Cycle Revolution! Many thanks from me, I will definitely be buying from them in the future!

Rang them about bike advertised in sale and this resulted in full purchase.

Arranged to have invisiframe wrap which shop arranged to do.

A week later, had a call from the shop hoping it was good news and that they were going to despatch the bike. However, sales person advised that they'd made a mistake with the offer price and I'd have to pay an additional £1200.

They would not honour the price that I had paid in full a week ago and no negotiation on the price, despite it being their mistake. An offer of free invisiframe if I paid additional £1200 which is worth £150, is not really satisfactory.

Warning if anyone is purchasing in their sale to be aware of changing price.

I will never use this company again.

To add insult to injury I have now been told that I can't have my refund until 5 working days!

This means I cannot order another bike elsewhere until a few weeks taking into account xmas shutdown.

Very helpful. Very kind staff too. Helped massively when ordering and the original product wasn't available last minute and found a replacement.

Came for a bit of window shopping in your Colchester store and left with a new bike recommended by John who was very knowledgeable and left very happy and skint 😂

Cycle Evolution at Colchester are local to me so I could see bikes I was interested in. Their prices were competitive with online prices. Dano spent several hours with me allowing me to try sizes and I narrowed down my choices to two bikes. One was in a box in the warehouse so Dano offered to get it down and do a soft build while I had a coffee. It was great to see the bike complete and helped me make my decision which took a couple of days, it was an expensive bike. Viewing the bikes also helped in choice of gear systems. Once decision and payment made the bike was soon prepared and collected on a dry weekend so I could try it out immediately. Communication with Dano via both email and phone was excellent. I have only ridden once, as it is very much a best summer road bike, but it appeared well set up.

I was searching for a bike for my daughter for Christmas. I tried Halfords and cycle king nearby. Just didn't quite have what I was looking for in the size and within the budget. The 2 gentlemen were more than helpful, suggested a cracker of a bike at an amazing price. They were kind enough to insure the bike on the spot, fit the accessories I purchased and helped load the bike into my car. sometimes you have to give credit where its due !! Keep up the great work.
