I went to Dace on a recommendation of Jack hart, I had never heard of the garage before but my relatives spoke highly of Jack and how helpful he was and made the sale seamless from first meeting with him. My experience did not disappoint. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and followed up with aftercare as promised.

I went viewing a car in their showroom and a differnt car caught my eye online. Spoke to Will who arranged for me to come back and for a test drive the following day.

At all stages from initial walk round through to test drive and the purchase Jaydon was happy to answer questions and very open and honest about the vehicle and the purchasing process. I was left with the impression the company values are for happy customers rather than quick sales

I enquired via the website. Jaydon got in touch the next day. From start to finish he was professional and polite. Informed me on what I wanted to know about the vehicle. I also think I got a fair price part exchanging my car. Felt looked after and happy to answer any question. I would definitely recommend this garage. I drove 3 hours to look at the car in person and it was worth it. This will be the first place to look for any future buys.

I recently bought a vehicle from Dace The sales rep Mike McDonald was pleasant, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Nothing was too much trouble. The car was immaculate and well presented

Apparently the 82 piont check doesn't pick up the airbags fault or that the key won't go into the ignition half the time. Got a one year warranty from them which promised I could use any garage anywhere in the country. Phoned to use it and was told we don't pay for diagnostic we only pay for labour up to 60 pounds and hour. And if the parts are to expensive we won't pay for that, you will have to bring it back here and we'll fix it. I love 200 miles away. What else can you say. Ater some initial miscommunication Jason from dace has been extremely helpful in resolving all of the issues to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely use dace again as they did go above and beyond to make sure i received a professional and high standard of service.
