A very well run business
Excellent communication at all times during various stages of the extensive and complex work required on my vehicle.
Tom on the service desk had a detailed knowledge of progress if I phoned without having to refer to records or feedback from people involved with the various aspects of the work, mechanical, bodywork brakes and MOT.
The quality of work was very good and I was asked not to hesitate if any issues were to arise after the vehicle was returned to me, none did.
The staff in reception and others passing through were friendly, helpful and sociable at all times which I believe is a sign of good management and staff training.

After My Corsa had flashing engine…
After My Corsa had flashing engine light and wasn’t running properly
In a panic dropped in to Dack to see if they could help me out
Excellent service from Aimee , who said yes we can fit you in this afternoon
After a Diagnostic check , they ordered a part all fixed that afternoon .
Waited in rest area, lovely coffee too
All stress was taken away
Will go back again
