Last minute problem sorted…
Despite trying to make sure everything on the car was sorted before going on a European motoring journey a brake warning light came on two days before leaving. Dack saved the day and saved me a lot of stress. Despite a full work load they sorted everything for me and I am now happily on my journey. First class service.

Excellent and efficient service from the very outset. Identified the issue with the car and explained thoroughly what the solution was. Kept informed of progress and timescales and the work was completed as promised. The work done transformed the car at a fixed very reasonable cost.

BIG thanks to the team @ Dack Bodyshop, Dave the manager, Caitlin on reception and Ash who carried out the work on my car, all lovely people who made the experience straightforward and easy, the repair was assessed and booked in the same week and am delighted with the end result, returning my car to showroom standard again, fantastic site in Lincoln offering great service that is exceptional value for money, thank you guys, would recommend your services to anyone.

First time MOT pass for my Rover…
First time MOT pass for my Rover Maestro. She has always struggled on emissions. However, since she was fully serviced and her carb sorted out last year by Dacks, she made it through an ungaraged winter wonderfully with no problems and passed her MOT without needing any faffing with.
She has also had some bodywork at their bodyshop which was a brilliant experience and is holding up really well considering the unhealthy attraction to rust my car has.
Really trust these folks with my car.
We will be back. Just hopefully not until next year's MOT!

Van Hire at The Dack Group, Lincoln
The Customer service was exceptional at the Dack group; the lady on reception was extremely efficient, helpful and all done with a smile. The chap who showed me around the vehicle was very informative and the van itself looked brand new. The whole process only took 10 mins or so and I will definitely return to use the service again. Fantastic friendly
Fantastic friendly, efficient and polite service.
Molly the receptionist/liason lady is so helpful. All work explained, costed and photos sent prior to my approval. Fantastic communication. And to top it all, they picked me up and washed, waxed and hoovered my very sad looking car. 5* service all the way through.

Dack deliver an effortless & professional experience

Accident Repair by DAK Motors
The whole experience was very positive, reception staff worked hard liaising with myself and the other parties insurance to sort out dates for a courtesy car to be dropped off and picked up due to the nature of my work. The repair was done efficiently and was returned in superb condition. I have nothing but praise for the service experienced ~ kind, understanding friendly staff who deliver a 5 🌟service Thank you

Very impressed - would highly recommend
I have been very impressed by the service I have recieved from everyone at Dack - from Ron who picked up my car for servicing, and brought it back a lot cleaner than when it left me, to Molly for dealing with my initial enquiries and then updating me on progress of the work, and even ringing me back after she had seen I called when she was dealing with another customer, even though I had been dealt with by someone else. Would highly recommend them - I used to work in the Motor Industry and they are a credit to the owners of the business.

highly professional service I received
I was extremely impressed about the highly professional service I received, when I took my Audi A5 Cabriolet in to have it’s roof mechanism repaired at Dack Lincoln. From Aimee, the Customer Service Manager who I spoke to on the phone to book the appointment through to Adrian, the Service Supervisor, I received what I consider to be a personal service, from a highly efficient and professional company who made me feel a valued Customer, something I have not felt from my Audi dealership for a long time. Adrian kept me informed of the situation and rang me to say that they had found the fault and quickly repaired the folding roof mechanism. I cannot recommend the company highly enough.
