Extremely disappointed experience! Ordered my bed on 20/03/26 to be delivered on 01/04/26. No update night before, made contact day of delivery to be advised it would not be arriving that day due to various factors. Contacted Danetti and got plan for delivery 02/04/26 - bed delivered and badly damaged! Put onto the lorry visibly damaged and told to transport and see what customer says. Now on 13/04/26 and full bed is still not delivered, no update and again my numerous calls to Danetti to get an update. Unfortunately I arranged my room around the size otherwise I would be cancelling the full order. Poor service and experience - ruined my full bedroom makeover.

While I initially had very high hopes for Danetti based on their beautiful showroom designs and apparent build quality, the actual purchasing and delivery experience has been incredibly disappointing.
The Good
There is no denying that Danetti products look fantastic. The designs are modern, and the quality feels premium when you see them in the store. If you are purely looking for aesthetics, they hit the mark.
The Delivery Nightmare (AIT)
Everything falls apart the moment the items leave the warehouse. Most of our order was handled by their delivery partner, AIT, and it was a logistical disaster.
Incomplete Shipments: Items arrived in fragments. We’d receive parts of a piece of furniture while other essential components went missing without any explanation.
Damaged Goods: Almost every item that arrived had some form of damage.
Property Damage: We paid for "room of choice" delivery, but the delivery personnel were careless and ended up smashing our walls. It’s clear they aren't properly trained for white-glove service.
Communication Gap: There is zero synergy between Danetti and AIT. Neither side seems to know what the other is doing, leaving the customer in a constant state of limbo.
Global Shipping Delays
One thing you don't realize until you are deep into the process is that Danetti keeps very little stock in the UK. Even for small items like table lamps, you are looking at an 8–10 week lead time as items are shipped from across the world. In an era of fast fulfillment, this feels extremely outdated and poorly managed.
Verdict
I’ve spoken to others who have ordered from Danetti and, unfortunately, these issues seem to be the rule rather than the exception. Until they fix their relationship with AIT and sort out their UK stock levels, I cannot recommend them. The beautiful furniture isn't worth the months of stress and damaged walls.

Placed an order for the Russo coffee table With delivery to take place 5 days after the order. 2 weeks down the line and my order has been lost in the warehouse and will take 8-10 weeks to replace without an explanation.

Exceptionally poor communication and customer service.
I placed an order which I cancelled almost immediately. Since then, I’ve sent five emails, tried WhatsApp, and made multiple calls — none of which have received any response.
The order appears to have been stopped and was never shipped, so it’s clear the cancellation was acknowledged internally. However, there has been zero communication to confirm the status or provide any update on the refund.
Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and support

Danetti sell some fab furniture, I had my eye on bar stools , discount offered at Easter so read the reviews on here , all good so ordered, love the stools , kept informed of delivery and arrived on date agreed , woukd defo purchase again

What a delightful company. The furniture is beautiful. Ordered bar stools and dining room chairs in toffee red. They are so lovely would recommend. Easy to assemble and quality fantastic. This is definitely my favourite furniture company I have used. Cant wait to buy more furniture.

Footstool arrived with damaged wooden legs and what a process to try to get them replaced! Eventually they did send four new legs but hope that they've addressed their quality control department.

Every piece of I have purchased has received so many compliments already from guests. Our bed took a little longer to arrive than we’d have hoped, but it’s stunning and we are so happy with it! We’ve purchased the Monica bed, the Toronto bedside tables, the Russo coffee table and the Riley pendant lights so far and all of them have been incredible!

Mixed review, while the furniture is top quality and we love the few pieces we have over the years, the customer service is very difficult to deal with and made it impossible for us to add £2k additional furniture to an existing order without paying for double delivery (in the same van at the same time) or cancelling the original order and loosing the delivery slot .
We had identical discussions with other furniture shops who bent over backwards to ensure multiple orders were combined into one delivery for us.
Can’t fault the products, customer service poor.

We chose the Lani bed in olive velvet in a double as it was what I had in mind style wise and because the installation video looked doable. The bed is quite a presence in the room, looks very luxurious and serms very sturdy. We slept on it for a week now. I also like that it is all cushioned so I can't bump into sharp corners. The ottoman function is working easily to open and close. The only thing to be mindful of is that it took us more than double the suggested building time. Compared to other companies we looked at, the pistols are already installed which was helpful. It was our first time shopping with Danetti and I definitely would recommend them as communication was great and delivery was smooth.
