I live in the US and purchased a pipe expecting a long wait due to COVID. Not only did I receive the pipe (Which was perfect) in under a week, but I also found in the package a couple of little extras that made the delivery feel more like a care package rather than an order i received in the mail. Can’t say enough good things about this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market!

Danish Pipe Shop sent me a beautiful pipe in pristine condition and included a leather sleeve, licorice pipe candy, and a humidifying stone for tobacco. The content, packaging, as well as the beauty of the Tom Eltang pipe itself were exemplary. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, it took two months from order to arrival, but was worth the wait. Dejligt nemt set at handle og dejligt stort udvalg men er lidt trist over at vis man køber for under 350 kr så koster der 30 kr (Handling Fee) ud over forsendelsen selv om butikken liger i Danmark.

I live in Reno, NV in the Unites States and My mail order could not have been processed any better or quicker, as soon as you finalize your purchase it is processed immediately and you receive an e mail for conformation. They have some of the best Craftsman and most unique selections of pipes I have seen and that is why their shop is so appealing. I was most pleased by how quick My pipe got to my residence considering that I live on the west coast of the US.
