Their brick-and-mortar shop service was excellent when I was there and I've just got an online order fullfilled very fast. Btw, they sell great tobacco that I could not find in Netherlands.

Har købt nogle piber og masse tobak hos dem, og de tilretter ordre hvis vare ikke er på lager og sender hurtig pakker, og de har altid god serivce. Ikke sidste gang jeg har handlet hos dem.

- choice of pipe models are very good,
- prompt reply and processing is excellent,
- you used to send the parcel by registered mail which was quicker,
- new system for taking the mailing address is in wrong order. It may delay the mailing. It would be better if you would correct it. The post code must be at the end of the address, before the name of the country.
