Danmarque Garages Opiniones

The work was done by Team F, Carl and Max.
New roof, door, window and fascia boards. Excellent work the garage looks like new and its over 50 years old! Carl and Max did the job very quickly and explained all the work in detail. I would recommend Danmarque for this kind of job.

The job hired for was asbestos removal in a garage. In addition, the frames were improved with timber and the roof was enhanced for better protection from rain. The man who summarised the main information well and assured if any issues came up, then I could follow up with a call.

Carl and max arrived on time and explained what they were going to be doing, job took about 4 hours to complete. They were very professional and tidied up when done.First class job 👍.

Danmarque recently carried out the removal and replacement of my old garage roof containing asbestos sheeting.
Danmarque was the only company of the four I contacted for quotes, who actually sent a surveyor out to look at the job beforehand! This gave me confidence in their ability and I had the comfort of actually meeting and being able to raise any questions with Danmarque directly.
Their team (Carl & Lewis), who carried out the work were friendly, helpful and explained the works to be carried out on arrival. They completed the job in a professional manner. The work was completed as per the quote. Hazardous materials and waste removed from site and certificated. The site was left clean and tidy.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thankyou Danmarque.

Today Dan and Danny were on site to renovate our double garage. This involved replacing an asbestos roof two new windows, and two new doors plus guttering and uPVC fascia’s.They arrived at 7-45 and began work immediately. They barely stopped for a break and worked extremely well together. We were very pleased with the final result .Highly recommend.

Arranged to have my garage roof replaced. First time no one turned up I waited in all day. Had to them contact them and was told the fitter hadn't to call in sick. Would have been good to let me know.

Eventually the roof was fitted the roof looks ok. However on further inspection I noticed behind my garage that timber ends were left open. I queried this and received a call from Dan, who was straight on the defensive. He tried to bully me about the timbers being tantalised not true. The roof edging wasn't long enough. There were also a number of gaps around the roof. His attitude was very dismissive. I will be taking this matter further and issuing county court proceedings. I will also be contacting the HSE as non of the fitters who removed the roof were using correct PPE. The roof was asbestos.
They claim this was not in the quote. They were tasked with replacing a garage roof and making good. It's half a job and look really poor.

Carl and Dave did a thoroughly professional job. They explained each stage to me and also talked me through the completed project. There was no rubbish left for me to clear and, apart from the new garage roof, you couldn't tell where they had worked. Totally professional and would recommend this firm because the price was also realistic.

Very pleased with Danmarque. We had a garage roof and car port roof replaced, along with new facias and guttering. It was very important to us that we had a trustworthy company that would keep us informed before and during installation and that the product was robust enough to survive the extreme weather we have been experiencing in North Wales. I can honestly say that we got all of this.
It was easy to contact the office and they provided a quick quote, a date for the surveyor to carry out an inspection and an installation date. They also kept us up to date with progress. Unfortunately, the installation date had to be delayed due to a storm but a new date was quickly arranged.
Dan and Danny the fitters were very professional and friendly, texting us ahead on the installation date to provide an estimated time of arrival. They went out of their way to ensure the installation would survive severe weather. This was tested the next day with 70mph winds and severe rain!! I'm happy to report all is good. No leaks etc. They also cleared the site well before leaving. Many thanks.

Just had my old storm damaged asbestos roof replaced by Team F (Carl&Dave). New roof, fascias, gutters and beams. Looks brilliant. Great communication from start to finish, all completed much quicker than I expected and they completely tidied up behind themselves - my garden shows no sign of them even being here. Superb job and the one small issue (caused by me not them! - water had gotten in the floor lock of main door from it raining into the garage since the storm damage and it wouldn't open, after several hours of soaking in WD40 it did open, typically just after they'd left and showed one end of door was going to catch slightly on one of the new beams as opened up+over), they turned around and came straight back and fixed it without it hesitation. 10/10 customer service. Would highly recommend these fellas.

I contacted this trader amongst others about removing a garage roof suspected of containing asbestos. a surveyor came out before verifying quote and did not mention it is not asbestos and quoted for removal and replacement of asbestos roof. on day of work as workmen started they explained it’s not asbestos after all. when contacting the trader to ask for a partial refund as they did not spend a day on the work, didn’t have to use specialist equipment this was refused as the quote includes asbestos removal. this is very misleading and i would recommend a request for a full itemised invoice. other trades men explained clearly that removal of asbestos is what makes it a more expensive job. i found the person dealing with me in the office very argumentative and rude. this was a very misleading process. workmen also tried to hide rubbish behind my neighbour’s garage which she informed me of after workmen left. i would not recommend this company for poor customer service and misleading quotes.

Danmarque Garages just replaced our old asbestos garage roof, and we're thrilled with their work!
Scott and Callum were fantastic. They called ahead to confirm their arrival time, showed up right on schedule, and were true professionals throughout the entire process.
They safely removed the asbestos in line with all guidelines and clearly explained the work undertaken.
We were especially impressed with how clean and tidy they left everything.
Highly recommend Scott, Callum, and Danmarque Garages for anyone needing a new garage roof!

We chose Danmarque to replace our garage roof and are delighted with the outcome.
Pete and Ben arrived as arranged and worked efficiently to complete the work in half a day leaving us with a secure and weatherproof, good looking garage.
They also left the site clean and tidy.
I am pleased to recommend Danmarque for garage refurbishment work.

A great job done on refurbishing my old fibre cement garage roof and at a very competitive price. It held well in storm Eowyn we had.
They were a good hard working team and quickly transformed the look of the garage

Danmarque was really helpful in assessing the work on my rickety garage Daniel and Mathew turned up on time considering it was estimated 2day job they cracked on and didn't stop all day and finished the whole thing by 5pm excellent job well done finished to a high standard thank you danmarque and Daniel n Matthew 5 stars David Rimmer Preston

A very poor job. Workmen came back a second time and then one wanted to enter into a private financial arrangement to put the job right! A report by a building surveyor stating that the sealing should be redone was forwarded but ignored by the company. Very unlikely to last the 10 year guarantee given.

Daniel and Pete and their friendly and obliging team arrived yesterday to to do a job where 2 days were allowed and completed it to a very high standard, in just one day. There was no sense of rushing or stress either.

They were professional, organised, motivated, polite and I couldn't have been more impressed. There genuinely are some companies still out there that give their industry a good name and Danmarque garages LTD is one of them and I am sure they are very proud of this Team that represent them so very well. Thankyou!

19/10/24 I have just had my garage roof, window and guttering done by Gary and Sam, who were wonderful. Gary went out of his way make everything perfect and Sam alongside and they made a great team. The weather was awfully wet and they worked in a very professional and helpful manner always explaining what they were doing and making sure it was ok. Attention to detail was amazing and I would highly recommend them. The service I have received overall has been of a very high standard and I would recommend Danmarque to anyone thinking of having this sort of work done.

Had asbestos removed and new garage roof ,
Carl and Max arrived at just after 8am as arranged, explained about were asbestos would be removed to and details of new roof,
They never stopped until job was done,to say we are pleased is an understatement.
Would definitely recommend Danmarque if you are thinking of getting garage work

Pete and Ben phoned en route to give time of arrival and were spot on.
From the start of the works they put my mind at rest. They were courteous, hard working and very tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend.

I believe that the quality and honour of a company is how they respect their warranty. About 3 years ago Danmarque replaced the roof and doors to the garage. The job was satisfactory. A few months ago one of the garage doors dropped and it not possible to lock the doors. I contacted Danmarque and was told that this was not covered under the warranty as any movement in the surround is only covered for 7 days - Chris later confirmed that if there is any movement in the surround it will happen with 7 days - (so why did mine take nearly 3 years, Chris?). I have now been told by Chris that I need to pay £160.00 for a visit (this is not profit according to him !!) and has refused to help me nor speak to me until the payment is made . I have had to now engage a local repairer to fix the dropped doors. As Chris is not speaking to me maybe someone with some common courtesy can note these comments.
