I ordered a blouse from Darcy Lane. It didn’t fit well and the material isn’t what I wanted. I’ve been trying to return it since. It has the tags. It’s in the original bag it was shipped in. It’s brand new. The company’s advertising states “no problem for 100% return for your money back”. Why are they ignoring me and refusing to send me a shipping label? This is not typically the way American companies conduct business!

Ordered a dress and sandals together and both turned out great. Dress is lightweight and perfect for summer. Sandals are comfortable even after walking for hours. Delivery to US was pretty fast. Loved that shipping was free too.

Sizing is way off. A Large was comparable to Small. Now they are "offering" me to purchase another item for 30%. Telling me returns will be too expensive for me. Their site states that their warehouse is in New York ??? They also encouraged me to gift the items to someone and make them happy. Just another China rip off company.

My sandals arrived and they fit perfectly. No break in needed which is nice.

Both items of clothing were of poor quality. When I inquired about returning them, they said they would have to be shipped overseas at my expenses! Their alternative offer was to refund me 25% of my expense. So I paid 75% for 2 things I donated to the thrift shop. Don’t buy!
