DMR have been my go to for years

Used DMR for years and can never rate them highly enough. Incredible service and just as important, after service. A big mention to Arousa also who is impeccable at what she does and incredibly friendly. I now recommend her to anybody who asks me about my jewellery.

When spending a lot of money, you want to have a rememberable experience. Tamara welcomed myself and my wife in to the shop and immediately made us feel welcome. She listened and new exactly what my wife was after. Tamara really knows her subject. We came back a year later because of this. I messaged Tamara who had moved to the city centre shop and straight away, sorted out our requirement and had it ready to purchase. We were again treated really well by the Altrincham staff. I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could. Thank you.

Visited DMR for a remodel of a engagement ring. The girl who served us was amazing! And even better that she was a specialist in chocolate diamonds - which was the ring that needed a revamp! She was amazing from start to finish. I could not recommend Tamara enough! She communicated everything with my fiance and made the whole experience truly magical. We ended up going back to her for our wedding rings! Now, my mum even wants to get some jewellery, too. She is an absolute superstar! Thanks Tamara!

We visited your store in Manchester to purchase a watch. The service by your staff team was excellent very professional and knowledgeable of the products. Your staff member Ben Arnold was able to explain in detail and made it a memorable experience.

I've been coming to Ben for nearly 5 years. In that time I've bought numerous watches for myself and my wife along with jewellery as well. We come all the way from Nottingham and make a weekend of it every time because it's such a great experience. Ben is a star and will be coming to him for many years to come!

Always provide amazing service

We visited DMR showroom last week to collect a purchase. We were looked after by Mel who made the whole
experience feel very special. We were treated like “old friends “ rather
than just another customer, and were made to feel that our custom was truly valued.
Hannah, the store manager, had previously dealt with our order and again our experience was made to feel very special. DMR Manchester gives a very exceptional and personal service, all too often missing in current retail. I cannot recommend them enough for that “very special purchase “

Craig was exceptional - this was my first time buying such a significant piece of jewellery and he not only guided me and helped me to find the perfect engagement ring that my girlfriend absolutely loves he made the whole experience super special.
He clearly knows a lot about the industry but he was never pushy and I always felt like he was giving me good honest advice and information to match the needs that i had.
Having visited a few places prior to meeting Craig I was getting a little worried I wasn't going to be able to find the perfect ring; but meeting him was the best thing that happened and I am really grateful for his services - he is a lovely bloke but also an absolute expert - I could not recommend him enough!

I have a very good experience in this showroom. Asif is a very nice and patient salesman. He offers me an incredibly pretty watch. I’d like to go back to him and this brand.

I’ve been visiting David M Robinson in Canary Wharf for a few years now, and I can honestly say the experience is consistently outstanding. The level of service is never anything other than impeccable and every visit feels welcoming, relaxed, and genuinely professional. The wider team are fantastic, friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, and it’s clear they take real pride in making sure customers are looked after properly.

What really sets this boutique apart is their knowledge and expertise. Whether I’ve gone in with a specific idea in mind or just wanting to browse and learn more, the team always takes the time to explain things clearly, answer questions properly, and talk through options without ever being pushy! You’re never made to feel rushed, and they’re excellent at understanding what you’re looking for and tailoring recommendations accordingly.

A special mention has to go to Bale and Hugo, who have been exceptional every time I’ve dealt with them. On top of that, they’re just genuinely lovely people — friendly, approachable, and a real pleasure to deal with, which makes every visit even better. I would liken any visit to seeing old friends, rather than anything transactional!

I have to add that the showroom itself is absolutely beautiful, it’s a stunning space and honestly worth visiting in its own right. It really adds to the whole experience and makes every visit feel that bit more special.

Overall, I couldn’t recommend David M Robinson Canary Wharf more highly. The service is consistently first-class, and the team are a credit to the brand especially Bale and Hugo. If you’re visiting, you’ll be in excellent hands.
