To me DMR is much more than just a place to shop watches - any time I’m in Canary Wharf I feel more than welcome to stop by, say hi to Bale and Charley, and learn something new about horology. And the showroom never fails to surprise!

By now I have purchased several timepieces from DMR and each experience has been fantastic. Most recently, I was invited by Charley to see a dream piece that I had expressed great interest in. She helped me find the perfect fit on my wrist and showed us many other timepieces from the Rolex collection - the whole purchase experience was extremely smooth and Charley took great care of us. Overall can’t recommend DMR enough and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

David M Robinson have been my preferred jewellers since 2010, and they have been consistently exceptional throughout. The quality of their jewellery and watches is superb, but what really sets them apart is their professionalism, attention to detail and personal service.
A special mention must go to Baron, who has always been outstanding. He is knowledgeable, courteous and incredibly helpful, and he always goes the extra mile to make the experience enjoyable and seamless. He is a real credit to the business.

I’m relatively new to DMR (Canary Wharf) but in the last couple of months they have been stellar. Charley has been my point of contact - no question is too silly, her manner in talking through the process of various timepieces or jewellery is perfect. Finally when I had some issues on the collection day - her and the team went the extra mile to remove the stress from me. I thoroughly recommend them :)

The assistant Callum was excellent, taking his time to explain everything about the watch, a credit to your company. Have purchased jewellery from this company for over 45 years, and the service is second to none.

I have been working with both Manchester and Altrincham branches to secure an engagement ring. Arousa in the Manchester branch has been very helpful throughout the process (which has been over a month of back and forth), showing understanding and flexibility at every step, in constant communication. In both branches I was treated very well and respectfully, with no sense of rushing, which is so important when making a big investment.

The experience at David M Robinson at the Canary Wharf store was splendid. Asif had taken great care of me and made sure the experience went above and beyond. Customer service is always top notch when you visit.

Callum at DMR Liverpool went above and beyond to ensure that my purchase which was a suprise present for my wife was a available in the shop on the day. As that did not have it in stock. Champagne while we waited was a nice touch. And Callum explained everything.

I wanted a Rolex Submariner watch so much and had seen 2 in the Liverpool shop window that I really liked. I went in and was greeted by Lewis who was great and very helpful. I really wanted the Black faced Submariner, but this is very hard to get. The other watch I liked was the Blue faced Submariner, which was beautiful but more expensive. Lewis told me that one was available and I decided to buy it immediately.
I still hope to get the Black faced Sub and have put my name on the waiting list.
