Conveyancers with a difference, you will be dealt with by a fully qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor who will handle your transaction from start to finish.
You can contact us personally at any time during the process, you will not be "fobbed off" to a more junior member of staff. Because we do not "pile it high and sell it cheap" we have the time to spend on our clients transactions, reading everything through thoroughly to ensure you are making a prudent purchase.

Davis and co were highly recommended to us and now we know why. We used thwm for sale and purchase. From the first call everything was explained very clearly and all costs were explained. They were really thorough with all paperwork and did this so quickly! They answered emails really fast and put any worries to bay. They made what is a super stressful time into a really easy time. On completion day it all went through so quickly and we were updated instantly. I would recommend them highly now too. Thankyou so much for all the hardwork.

Rose and her team were amazing. They did both our sale and purchase together and we are so glad we chose them. Choosing the right conveyancers is crucial, and we chose Davis & Co based on reviews and after speaking to them on the phone to get a quote they promised to make sure they would keep things moving and would not be the slowest in the chain. And they were true to their word. Rose and her team kept things moving and communicated with us throughout the whole process. Our sale and purchase were delayed by several months due to issues further up the chain and Rose and her team kept us updated on progress throughout. We would highly recommend Davis & Co.
