Product has not arrived after a month. No communication.
Poor quality control
The guitar is fortunately fine now but not without some serious work and risk involved. I purchased a brand new guitar but it should have been labelled B stock. There was gloss over several frets and even up on the nut as well, and there’s a ding further down on the fretboard. Bending strings was practically impossible with the gloss issue. I have managed to remedy the gloss problem after a few hours of work but obviously the dent is still present.
All in all, I think there needs to be more stringent quality control.

Order placed but not delivered for 2 weeks. It required several phone calls to query. Did not get phone calls returned when promised. Excuse was always we are so busy. Eventually got tired and cancelled order

Very pleased with service and tracking . Had to email because the guitar seemed a long time arriving but I received a quick and helpful response and decided to wait and the guitar arrived in time for my husband’s birthday so all good. Have used this shop in the past and they have always been helpful and reliable .

Disappointed in Dawsons
Disappointed in Dawsons. Taken order for an item not in stock (Peavey foot pedal). I added cheap stuff to make the shipping cost worth it. Weeks passed so I enquired and the told me no stock. I asked to cancel, they sent me the cheap bits so I payed £5.99 to ship a £10 tuning clip. Poor. I got the pedal from GAK on a next day and have been using them since. Dawson's if you want to stay alive in this market, follow GAK.

The item was taking too long to be delivered, I asked numerous times for an ETA, all I received was apologies!
After over nearly 2 weeks still no update on even a potential shipping date.
I certainly will not buy again via Dawson’s, this kind of service was not what I expected.
