Made my company ineligible for furlough scheme then ghosted me
I've edited my five star review to a one star review.
At first Debits Credits were great to work with, then when the furlough scheme started they told me they'd applied for it, fobbed me off for a month, then I found out from HMRC that they had never done any PAYE submissions for me so officially my company had no employees at the cut off point in March. I couldn't use the furlough scheme and lost six weeks of income as a result. They will have known their failure to do PAYE every month had made me ineligible but they chose not to tell me this.
When I contacted them to ask about it, they ghosted me and have since ignored emails from my new accountant requesting useful info from them.

These guys are amazing. I contacted them to sort my end of year tax return out and I am so glad I chose them.
The service was fast and very straight forward, nothing was too much bother when it came to asking questions and they made my life so easy.

One burden lighter
I have only been working with Nazeer for a short space of time but I cannot fault his assistance so far ! Starting a new business can be very daunting for a beginner but his knowledge and expertise has allowed me to open a company with minimal stress. He has gone above and beyond expected services and even arranged a phone call with my bank. Great service
I feel a lot more comfortable regarding taxes and expenses, Naazer has personally helped me for two tax years now and I don’t have any complaints. Highly recommend.

I have had a brilliant experience with Debits Credits so far. The customer service has been unquestionable. Naz has met me whenever I have asked or rang me if he couldn't see me to ensure that I understood everything (even after work hours to fit in with mine). He has taken on board everything I have said and asked and has helped contribute to our business plan for next year. It is clear he knows his stuff and works very hard to make sure the job is done to the best standard. I am confident I am in trusting hands. Great customer service and a pleasure to deal with. I was completely clueless about what I had to do to get my accounts sorted. Guided me from the very start to the end, made sure I submitted everything required to them in a timely manner and submitted everything for me on time.
