I really do love Deferit. It’s an integral part of my staying on top of my budgeting. Added to the great concept, combine the ability to change payment dates along the way if it becomes necessary, and ultra helpful customer service the Deferit experience is a unique and extremely positive one. Rate Deferit 127 out of 100.

I had a card that was flagged unnecessarily and was in need of DeferIt's services. Upon my outreach to Customer Support, and despite being after normal business hours, I was contacted and reassured the team would address the matter ASAP. Nadine's email was both helpful and a sign of solid customer service. It's the little things like this that earn a customer's business and trust.

I've been with Deferit for years and they have always taken care of me. Their customer service is unbeatable. Highly recommend.

I initially had some issues registering a new account. Apparently, I had created one some time ago, forgot about it, created a new one. That caused some issues on the backend when verifying my social. Deferit's support was quick to respond, quick to find the issues, and easy to work with.

Sign up was easy after that. I had an initial limit of $300. My first bill I followed the instructions on how to upload it to Deferit, bill was paid within a couple hours.

To me, Deferit is just like AfterPay, but for bills. It has been easy to use, easy to understand, and I've had no issues since I've began using it.

I haven't read the less generous reviews yet, but I would take them with a grain of salt. I've interfaced with customer support, I've paid bills through the app, and I have no issues to report.
