Great plates looking good on my motor, arrived in good time, very good customer relations would recommend demonplates

Had been searching everywhere for a company to custom make 4D plates for my little mans kids rs - I was recommended demon plates by dope graphics on instead, I’m so happy I was! I DM them on Instagram information of the plate size etc they responded very quickly and they was very helpful. They phoned me to discuss size etc to make sure it 100% fits this was a Friday afternoon. I received them the next day!😍 was so happy with the results exactly how they showed me (they sent me a template of it by email). I’ve had nothing but compliments about it and people ask me where they are from! Safely made payment over the phone with no trouble at all would definitely trust them! Would 100% recommend to anyone! - can’t wait to purchase from them in the future! Thanks again guys for your service and for making my little boys day having plates like his daddy🌟

I needed a plate for my French registered car which I ordered online one evening and scanned docs as necessary. Received an email next morning asking me to give Danny a call. Phoned Danny who wanted to confirm correct spacing, really friendly helpful guy who managed to set up my plate ok to allow me to fix department number and French decals at outer edges. The plate arrived within 2 days as I didn’t want express delivery and it’s absolutely spot on. Thanks Danny, thanks Demon Plates; I have no reservations whatsoever with recommending Demon Plates for excellent customer service.

Stay away from this company. Shoddy plates, terrible customer service, and try to take more money from your card than you authorize!!! Dont forget they want your passport too. Dont trust them!!!

I've used Demonplates a number (4-5) of time over the past 7-8 years, and this time I was nearly put off by some negative reviews and lower than expected Trustpilot scoring. However, I went with my gut and used them again. Very glad I did, friendly comms, delivery within 48 hours and quality, well-packaged, plates and fixings.

Received plates with minor damage to the rear one. Replacement thankfully sent out after a couple of emails which is great. For the money though these kind of mistakes shouldn't be made and you'd think they'd have some kind of quality check before dispatching.

Decent product but lots of eBay companies out there that provide the same quality plates for half the price.

Number plate builder was easy. The communication during the documentation process was straight forward and my plates arrived within 3 days of ordering. Overall very satisfied.

A diabolical cowboy outfit run by a guy that makes the poorest of companies look good, he has a rude, arrogant and very ignorant attitude. Blames the customer for everything when in fact it’s his companies failings for the issues. Untrustworthy and very deceitful so my advice is stay well away. I ordered a set of number plates online and paid for express delivery, I also sent the relevant documents of proof of ownership of the plate registration. A week passed and no sign of plates, telephoned a guy who stated he was the ‘director’ of the company. He asked me to send a copy of the documents again and then he would get back to me ‘immediately’. I sent the documents again but the so called director had jumped in his car and gone home. Obviously his ‘immediately’ is different than what others would believe. I telephoned him on his mobile number and finally got through to him, this time his excuse was I had telephoned him too late so now they would be sent in three days time ! .....what? I reluctantly agreed to this not knowing that some seven hours later at 1 am in the morning YES 1 am in the morning I receive an email from an employee of his company now requesting yet another copy of my documents. Unbelievable. The email had been sent some five minutes before I received it, who sends emails to customers at 1 am in the morning? When I sent the so called ‘director’ an email the following morning to complain about receiving an email from his company in the early hours I was told it was my email providers fault not his! He didn’t or couldn’t be bothered to accept the fact an employee had already sent me another email earlier stating that the company was having email issues. I then decided to cancel my order because it was just one issue after another, they refused to refund me. I am now in the process of making a Small Claims Court claim against the company because why should I have to chase my credit card company due to this cowboy units attitude, I will be requesting costs, hopefully this will stop this company treating people in such an appalling way? So my advice is if you don’t want to be dealing with a John Wayne at this Cowboy Company trying to get an order processed or a refund then stay well away.

Plates looked fine, but when you choose the option of a surround, it throws the whole centre off. This means that any slogan chosen for under your number plate is NOT central. More concerning was the young girl who dealt with my complaint, who was more concerned about shouting over me highlighting that the "Correct" example of plate, slogan and surround I had sent her was NOT from their site. Speaks volumes really,should have gone to the other site to begin with, they obviously have more "Attention to Detail". Offered a refund on the surround only. I'm not too bothered about the £60, it's the lack of service, understanding and professionalism that was lacking and frustrates. She was young. In business , she will need to learn.

Best plates ever. I just got my 4D plated and they look absolutely amazing.

After a bad experience with other online plate makers i tried DEMONPLATES and trust they deserve the 5STARS , the design is easy and clear the material of the standard plate is what other's call PREMIUM and communication to update the customers of the progress of the order is A plus and they have a uk phone number to contact actual freindly human if you have a question and more than that A FREE DELIVERY .

First came across Demon Plates some ten years ago and bought a couple of very nice motorcycle plates and the service was great. Returned to buy another one just recently and found the service and price is still great. Highly recommended.

Was rather worried after reading the poor reviews about this company but I ordered carbon gel plates on the Friday and they were delivered and on my Lexus RC F Sport on the Monday morning!

Excellent quality and good customer support. It would of been useful to have the royal mail tracking number though.

I would fully recommend this company and am now somewhat puzzled as to the other previous poor 1 star reviews on trustpilot.

Ordered a Jaguar rear plate on Wednesday, arrived on Saturday-cannot fault the service received. Quick and easy.

Gel plates look cheap.

The gel letter number plates look cheap, they print a normal number plate first then stick on gel characters over the top, but the gel characters are smaller and not all properly aligned. This gives a shadow/halo look to the gel characters.

I can get the same effect buying individual gel letters/numbers and sticking them on a normal plate.
This would have the benefit of not only looking cheap but would actually be cheap.

I pointed this out and asked for replacement or refund but got the same responses as others who have left a review.

Plenty of other options, go elsewhere for premium plates.

Poor quality product and terrible customer service.

I purchased a gel domed number plate for my car around 8 weeks ago. After searching for various companies I settled on DemonPlates.

This week I noticed one of the domed letters peeling off my number plate. I emailed Demon plates and asking for a replacement number plate.

I received a rather short email telling me that I'd probably drilled a hole in my plate and caused the damage myself. I had not. The plates were untouched and undrilled, sitting nicely in my number plate holders.

I emailed them back explaining this and asking again for a replacement plate. Demon plates emailed me back and said it looks like someone has vandalised my plate. Hmm, nice how their story had changed and still not admitted that it was just poor quality.

I was posted a replacement letter and told to stick it on and fix the plate myself.

Poor customer service and poor quality plates. Use them with caution.

Took my money and refused a refund, i will be taking the matter up with the FCA. Poor customer service, not help at all.

First prior to ordering I contacted customer services for a query and I received a response both times within 10 mins.
I placed an order Friday 9 o'clock and 5 mins later I had forwarded my documents to them.
Monday morning the plates arrived ...and that with the express delivery option .
So from ordering to delivery a very good turnaround...well done.
I have ordered gel plates and the quality is exceptional....and the bsau standard etc printing is miniscule comparing to the high street shops ...which is a very big bonus to the final look of the plates.
So overall great plates.
My only reservation ...or a suggestion is.....that an automated email could be send to the customer confirming that documents where received and accepted ...and later a despatch email .
Those two things could improve the buyers experience and I bet they'll save Demon plates a lot of time dealing with customer phone calls and emails ....
But overall 5 stars and will be ordering again.

Good communication and quick enough postage but overpriced for the quality. I ordered 3d gel plates that I could have got from eBay a fair bit cheaper. Wouldn't really recommend.

BE WARNED:
The Online builder was simply and easy to use however the delivery, logistics and customer service are a farce.

It will be 2 weeks for me between placing the order and receiving my plates, if they arrive. I will have to order a set locally and forgo the cost.

I asked to cancel my order due to the delays and was advised (rudely) that it wasn’t possible.

Poor customer service, communication and delivery. As for the product quality, I’m yet to receive my plates so I couldn’t comment.

I would certainly advise looking elsewhere for number plate printing.
