Zur Zweigstelle Mainz:
Personal ist super freundlich.
Beim ersten Besuch an einem Donnerstag und der
Annahme das die Terminvereinbarung sicherlich
länger dauert konnte ich mein Fahrzeug am
Folgetag abgeben.
Das ist echt selten und hat mich total überrascht.
Der Schaden an meinem Fahrzeug wurde innerhalb
eines halben Tages komplett entfernt.
Ich kann das Unternehmen nur empfehlen (Mainz).
Auch wenn man sich wünscht das man es wegen
eines Schadens nicht wiedersieht würde ich mein
Fahrzeug jederzeit wieder dort abgeben.

I contacted the local Dent Wizard at the end of March and got no response. I then contacted Dent wizard direct via the website, I got an acknowledgement that said I would be contacted within 24 hours. Now a month later I have heard nothing from either enquiry.

MY ADVICE: If a company do not have the courtesy to respond to a business enquiry why on earth would you trust them with your car? PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE - You will be pleased in the long run.

DentWizard ist der Partner meiner Versicherung für SmartRepair, welche in meinem Vertrag (theoretisch) beinhaltet ist. Leider hat es DentWizard über längere Zeit hinweg nie geschafft, mich bzgl. einer Reparatur zu kontaktieren oder gar einen Termin zu vereinbaren - obwohl ich mehrfach selbst nachgefragt hatte! Ein mal gab es gar keine Rückmeldung, beim zweiten Versuch eine Entschuldigung und dann war endgültig Funkstille. Für mich einfach nur unprofessionell und sicher alles andere als kundenfreundlich! Ärgerlich auch, da es ja in meinem Tarif enthalten (und damit bezahlt) ist, und ich die Leistung nicht nutzen kann - aber lieber bezahle ich jetzt selbst, als solche Unternehmen zu unterstützen. Meine Versicherung hat sich übrigens dazu auch nicht weiter geäußert, was mich als langjähriger Kunde mit vielen Versicherungen auch nachdenklich werden lässt...

Have used this company over 3 years on several occasions for both alloys and paintwork.Two technicians, Mark andDave have both provided excellent service and 'As New' results. Am intending to renew my insurance which has proved to be excellent value.

Don’t use this company, Technician refused to do cosmetic work due to minuet dent, insurance company cancelled claim, car never fixed.

From the date when I reported the dent to my insurance, it took about 3-4 weeks to get the dent repaired. Luckily I was off on the day that they suggested they would be available to make the repair.

I was given good communication about the technician arriving. When he did turn up he was very professional, got to work straight away I just left him to it. Went back out to him about 20 minutes later and he was pretty much done. His name was Martin and he was really nice. Did a brilliant job, you can't even notice the dent even if you shine the torch on the spot.

My only reason for putting 4 stars, is that normally it would be very difficult for me to book this service as its only Monday to Friday. I normally work Monday to Friday and I leave my car at a depot and out driving all day. So they wouldn't even be able to visit the car whilst I'm at work. It just so happened I had a random day off and that was the day they booked it for.

If you can arrange a time to have your dent repaired by them I would highly recommend their services.

A first class service for cosmetic repairs to alloys and bodywork!
A few weeks after buying my new car in March I found a scuff mark on the rear wheel arch and then found a small chip and a scratch on the rear driver's side door. I'd bought a DWV policy, which allowed six claims per year on wheels and body work, and was amazed at the quality of the repairs! You really cannot see where the marks had been!
Since then I have had two scrapes on alloy wheels repaired by DWV and the wheels look brand new again!
All this work is carried out at your home, which is far better than having to drive to a garage and wait around while the work is done.
The technicians are friendly and efficient and communication is excellent, with regular texts or calls informing you of arrival time.
If you have any cosmetic damage on alloy wheels or bodywork you will not find a better service!

Meine Versicherung hat Ihnen einen Auftrag gegeben den Hagelschaden zu bewerten. Auto ist 2 Jahre alt.

1600 Euro wäre der Hagelschaden und meine Versicherung hat gleich an mich überwiesen.
Dann hab ich gesagt sie sollen es für 1600 Euro dann auch reparieren:)

Jetzt kam die Rechnung von 3870 Euro

Wie kommen die bitte auf 1600?
Bei knapp 4000€ überlegt man sich schon ob man ihn nicht auszahlen möchte aber nicht bei 1600€

So was ist für mich fake

Arbeit haben sie gut gemacht aber das Gutachten ist Müll

Used his company to Repair a small dent in my driver side door.

The work they carried out was fantastic and I will be using them again if I need is required

There are some scathing one star reviews here and some top five star ones. I guess the key message here is check the reviews for the area you live in, as there are clearly some shabby operators mixed in with the good ones. I used Nelson Rodriguez at the Aylesbury branch and he did a thoroughly professional job. I would not hesitate to recommend him or go back if ever I need to.

Hatte einen Hagelschaden am Golf 7 GTI und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Arbeit von den Dentwizard.
Sehr nett und Termin mit Leihwagen hat alles geklappt.
Danke nochmal und alles Gute.Weiter so.

I wouldn't recommend Dent Wizard to work on any customer cars, their work is ridiculously awful horrendous, disgusting and despicable, the worst workmanship I ever come acrossed in my life. I will not recommend this cowboy, back street technician, no garage to work on customers car! They send a "so called technician", yesterday 8.9.21 to remove some scratches marks on my Mercedez A class, they used a 1k locker, making my Mercedez, shiny silver colour turn matt, not only that, the scratches marks still on my car, infact it got worst, the technician used the buffer goes down too deep on my car, making the color looks faded on my car, everywhere on my car, they work, is different, different patchy mark,scratch remain the same! Stone chip marks in the work that they had done on my Mercedez. They work on customer's car on the side street. When you dealing with silver colour cars, you should repair the colour in a oven, not on the side street. However, they haven't put enough locker on my car to protect the area they work on from stone chip. Stone chips all over the area, its awful and terrible. Their contractors are very inexperienced, he stated yesterday's that they're trying out a new product on my car yesterday 8.9.21 how can you try out new products on customer car? You suppose to know the right product to use on customer car, if you have any experience! Compound mixtures are still left back all over my car and in the front bumper from yesterday 8.9.21 and from the 16.8.21. These are the company Mapfre used to work on customer's car, right, very awful.

Twice now, 16/8/21 their fist technician came to work on my car, and he done a botch job, and yesterday 8/9/21 the second technician came to improve the work but instead, it's got worst, this is horrible, horrible unbelievable to think these sort of company are still operating! Why are insurance using and recommending cowboys, operating without a garage who aren't even professional at their work, who doesn't have a garage, who is damaging the environmental, working on the side of the street. Its ridiculous to think their work is standards, it's absolutely sh*te and horrible and insurance company are still recommending them. DENT Wizard in Morley Leeds, West Yorkshire are the most horrible company to use to repair your car, unless you don't love your car. They leave more scratch marks on your car, you can strike a stick on the car to light fire, that's how rough they make the texture of your car feel after they completed the work! My car was smooth and shiny now is rough! Dent Wizard should not be operating because they do not meet the full requirements of repair!

Furthermore, the manager David Sergeant who called me up yesterday to say that, "the work is done and he's happy with the result", you're seriously 😀🙄this only explains that you, yourself doesn't have a clue and shows your lack of experience too!!!

It's a shame this review doesn't give me the option to upload the photos of repair!

Terminvereinbarung klappte Super das war aber auch das einzige.
Abholtermin konnte nicht eingehalten werden auch keine Info wieso weshalb.In der Werbung wird eine Reinigung innen und außen versprochen daran hält man sich auch nicht.
Auch wenn das Fahrzeug einiger massen sauber übergeben wurde wurde weder ausgesagt noch gewaschen.

I’ve sent a WhatsApp message for a quote and had no response. Website is misleading promoting great service and feedback of quotes. Just because no one has gotten back to me in almost two weeks, I would not recommend.

We recently had the misfortune of picking up a dent on our brand new(1week old) car, Leon was recommended to us by several different people.! Great communication and super service we now have a new dent free car again.! Lovely chap to deal with. 5 stars

I have copied this to Listers Jaguar in Droitwich.
Well I was ready, but they were not. It took you 3 weeks to arrange and then you failed in every way possible.
Not a good advertisement.

The chap who came, was nice enough but he was not even aware of where the damage was despite all my photos sent to you.
Further more he was unaware of my paint type and had to check on my car.
He could not even start the job as he had no paint!
This was rubbish management and a waste of time for all of us.
Time for Dent to learn communication skills, management in job preparation and customer service!

Website says nationwide repairs but should say only if the technician can be bothered travelling to you! I live in formby so site directed me to Stewart who covers southport (and surrounding areas), I am about 15/20 minutes down the road. After whatsapping pics he came back and said he doesn’t cover that area. When I asked if I called the office would they tell me who did he replied he did but wouldn’t travel that far out? I would have paid a premium for a home call but clearly they don’t need the business…

Warte seid 3 Wochen auf einen Rückruf "in wenigen Tagen". Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage tut sich nichts. Wirklich schlechter Kundenservice. Jetzt hat die Versicherung einen anderen Gutachter beauftragt, der sich direkt nach 2 Tagen gemeldet hat. Absolut kein Vergleich.

Habe mein Auto mit einem Parkschaden in die Hände von Dent Wizard Standort Teltow gegeben. Obwohl die Delle über eine Kante in der Tür verlief, habe ich mein Auto in einem Zustand wieder bekommen, als wenn es eine neue Tür wäre. Dent Wizard war zwar nicht der günstigste, aber ich muss sagen, dass der Service und das Resultat zum Schluss das Geld wert war. Ich werde diese Filiale auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. 👍

I sent an email, with pictures attached, expecting a call or reply to the email within 24 hrs as stated in the company website. A week later - nothing. The website states any problems, contact your local rep. The phone no goes to vm which says send a text or whatsapp. I did - still no reply. If you are in Shrewsbury, don't bother, go elsewhere, as I did.
