Outstanding, caring and professional service by Adi. From contact the night before and being able to change the booking address to suit my situation at last minute. Absolutely blown away by Adi going the extra mile to get my car to a great standard dealing with the scratches and dents. Nothing was too much trouble with a great emphasis on customer satisfaction. So impressed had to give him a hug as he left! Highly recommended.

I had my car door hit whilst parked in a hotel car park some weeks ago. This looked a very nasty chip with slightly bulging paintwork surrounding it.

Kyle from DWV came and corrected the paint work to a perfect finish with no visible signs of the previous damage.

I sent in pictures of my damaged wheel following an RTA with a truck, 4 days later still no reply, I called again for an estimate price to be told "the area manager sorts out quotes so he will contact you" Now on day 6 and still no contact so I have taken my business to another company - shocking!!

Highly recommended and I'll certainly be going back to them in the future. There was a slight hiccup with the service, however, it gave them an opportunity to shine and they definitely did!! Keith the technician was very professional & friendly he explained everything & did an excellent job on a few scratches & stone chips very happy the car is like new I can no longer see where the damage was. Dent Wizard Ventures carry out cosmetic repairs to car bodywork and alloy wheels at your home, saving you the hassle and time of taking your car to a garage. I have used them for the last three years and have found them to be excellent. they have removed "kerb rash" on two of my wheels and have also taken care of a number of scratches on the bodywork, mainly inflicted in supermarket car parks. In each case the wheels and bodywork have been returned to "as new" condition. I will always use DWV for any cosmetic work needed on my car and would recommend them to all car owners who take pride in their car's appearance.

Sarah was professional and took time to explain. Confirmed my colour match and clear after care instructions. Very happy with her work. Showed up just when she said she would and called evening before to give me a notice of when to expect her.

Had Alistair attend today to repair a couple of scratches on my car. He was polite and professional and did an amazing job on the repairs. Very impressed. Thanks Alistair

Very professional from start to finish. Emails and text messages up to the day of the job giving reminders and options to change/cancel. On the day Alistair turned up. He took the time to explain the process and reassure me that the repair was in the hands of a competent professional. I was wary of the finish that would be possible from a repair. I could not have hoped for such good results. The repair is not noticeable at all now. I cannot thank Alistair enough for his meticulous attention to detail and workmanship achieving such great results. I would not hesitate to use these guys in future for wheel or bodywork repairs after the experience I’ve had today. Thank you, great work.

However you at DWV wasted so many weeks by not turning up and 3rd time turned up to say you cannot do it.

I have used these guys for the first time, Scott the technician who came to repair the stone chips and scratches on my Porsche was fantastic, arrived on time and took the time to explain the process he was going to carry out, he really knew what he was doing and took great care to ensure the quality of his work, I would really recommend these guys, I will be using again when required

Daniel did a fantastic job in repairing the rear panel and boot which was damaged as a result of a flint wall expanding outwards just as I was reversing. The car was returned to the previous excellent condition prior to my mishap.
Daniel also did an equally good job in repairing a scuffed wing mirror previously. The two jobs should have been carried out at the same time but due to the failure 0f Car Care Plan to sign off both jobs (as I was told they would do) a second visit was required so hats off to DWV for arranging this within a few days of the first visit,

The technician (Neil Glasgow) was very helpful and carried out an excellent job repairing our wheel, you can not even see where the damage was.
We would definitely refer this company to our friends and family.

Excellent service from Sarah, really can’t fault it! I received a call the evening before with an estimated arrival time and roughly how long it may take, both of which were pretty spot on. Top quality work, wouldn't even know there was previous damage to the paintwork! Sarah was communicative, friendly and I’m over the moon with the work that’s been done - highly recommend!
