Arrived on time very friendly and explained what was going to be done on my car it did not take long. Very professional service would definitely recommend if you want any cosmetics doing on your cars.

Good quality work

Everything was very efficient except when the appointment for the repair was received it said that the appointment was for 23rd April but didn’t advise or give me a choice of time when the engineer would arrive. I had to text and suggested it would be best for me from 3pm only to receive a reply that my appointment was between 9-12.
The engineer arrived at 9 and was away by about 9.45.
Other than this the service was good particularly the engineer Aaron who was knowledgeable and communicated with me very well.

Paul Davenport came to complete my repair, time of arrival was bang on time. He explained what he was going to do and despite a difficult a repair managed a very satisfactory finish. Paul was professional and completed the repair quickly

Gary the technician was very polite and professional. Communication was excellent . He would update how long he was going to be before he got to mph home. My appointment was booked for May because of the busy period. Despite the busy schedule Gary pushed my appointment forwards and that was a big help as I needed to hand back the car sooner rather than later

The engineer arrived promptly and completed the work efficiently. The quality of the repair was excellent, with no visible trace of the original damage.

I found the office communication unnecessarily abrupt and keen to avoid responsibility without the need for a conversation to establish the facts. The repair agent was great, once I got him here.

Had stone chips on my bonnet. The Technician said that there was nothing he could do as just touching them in wouldn’t make a difference.
I’d like to add that he’s done jobs before on the car that weren’t stone chips, and the finished article was great.
