I purchased a hoodie almost a year ago, love it so much! The zipper broke and I inquired about what my options were to fix - they gave me a return label to send back and repaired it, free of charge! I will definitely be coming back for future purchases.

I made a slight error in ordering the wrong size online. I emailed their customer service and they quickly responded politely that the shipment had been updated prior to shipping.

Wonderful customer service
I recently contacted the customer service department who responded immediately and went above and beyond to help me. They're a family business and there is so much care. The quality of their dressing gowns is super too. I honestly can't recommend Derek Rose enough

The quality of the products is very very good and lasts for years ( I have many items from many years ago). But

Great product, great customer service
DR products are beautifully designed and of the highest quality material that has a very comfortable feel to the body. DR customer service is marvelous. They answer every question and solve every problem with a warm attitude. They contact shippers to help track packages, and they helped me arrange a return when DHL was not available. Feels like dealing w. a family!

Great Customer Service on Online Orders
Customer service for online orders is superb, the best I've ever experienced. This weekend I placed an order where I inadvertently selected a wrong size. Early Monday morning I received a polite email inquiring if I made a mistake. What great follow-up service! That small action saved me time and effort to post a return and saved DR time and effort in processing it. Very smart. BTW, I love their product and am a customer for life.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. I bought these gorgeous slippers for my husband, but had purchased the wrong size. The Derek Rose team made it so incredibly easy to exchange for the right size and it was so quick! I was a little worried about transit time to the US, but they were faster than any US store I’ve purchased from. And the slippers are great. Highest quality suede. I want a pair for myself.

Wow wow wow!!! Amazing experience!
I was coming in London in December for work on a 28 hour layover.. I emailed customer service to see if they would have the bathrobe I wanted to buy for my husband, at the Marylebone store. I was amazed by the customer service I received from Beckie❤️. Wow!! She made sure I would have one put aside for me the exact date I was coming in. Plus, the quality of the bathrobe is superbe and the experience in the store was equally amazing!
I highly recommend this family run business!

AN EXCEPTIONAL COMPANY. I have been buying Derek Rose for over 10 years. The comfort, fit, quality, and options are outstanding. My last purchase was in December 2023. I always purchase a size medium but somehow by mistake, I ordered a small on my last order. Derek Rose wrote to me asking if I wanted the small because I usually order Medium! I did make a mistake, I wanted the medium size, not the small. Wow, most companies if you order the small they will send you what you ordered.....not Derek Rose! They obviously pay such close attention to their customers and it really makes you feel valued! I was so impressed! Their service, the luxury of their items, their processing of your order, the fast delivery, is all impeccable, not enough good can be said about Derek Rose! A customer for a lifetime!

I phoned to check on last posting dates for Christmas and was quickly answered by a real person :-). They said they would look out for the order and make sure it was sent straight away. So, within two hours of my call, I got a tracking link in the email.

I own a few Derek Rose pieces (some pyjamas, a dressing gown, shorts, and trousers) for some time now and do highly recommend them. The quality is excellent and it is a pleasure to wear them. Do not hesitate to contact the customer service if you have any questions. They are fantastic!

Really excellent customer service. The product I wanted to purchase was no longer available in the size I wanted; Lynn from customer services went above and beyond and sourced the item and adjusted my order quickly and seamlessly. It’s reassuring to know you can trust the customer services especially when buying high end products :)

Outstanding service
Due to my own inadequacies I was unable to place my order online. I telephoned and spoke to a very, patient, warm, kind and professional lady called Lynn who placed my order for me. Lynn also pointed out various options for me and explained the changes to their website. I received my parcel the following day in a beautiful gift box. The night shirt, as ever, is of real quality making a very special gift.
It is a long time since I have received such genuine respect from a company and been made to feel like a valued customer. Thank you.

Classic, classy, comfortable pj’s
I have bought two pairs of DR men’s pyjamas. The products are excellent - upper end of the price scale but really good quality. Quintessentially British. The staff, both online and in-store, are very welcoming and helpful. I am happy to support this family-run business and I’m thrilled to see more DR stores popping up in London - it’s a great brand and I’m glad this is being recognized.
