The people at Derek Rose helped me find a new version of my father's very favorite pajamas. He has several pair of Derek Rose PJs but one is his favorite. He has worn them out. I am thrilled he will have a new pair. He is 96 and very picky about his PJ's. His favorites were no longer available on the internet but Gary was able to find a pair. Thank you.

It’s all about their customers
A few years ago, I purchased a summer nightgown from Derek Rose for friend’s birthday and she absolutely loved it. It’s not an exaggeration when I say that at least 3 times a year since receiving it, she tells me how she doesn’t want to wear anything else and it was one of the best gifts she has ever been given. So when her birthday came up in April, I bought her a pair of Derek Rose short pajamas. They were shipped out within 2 days and arrived before the week was over. She tried them on and needed one size larger so I contacted customer service and asked them to send her a return form and label, which the did immediately, saying that they would send DHL to her house to pick up the package. My friend wanted to take them on a cruise and was hoping they would arrive before she left and I just got an email from their stellar customer service representative, Beckie, that they had the return and the replacement would go out today, arriving in time for her vacation! I have come to expect that responsive customer service is a thing of the past, but Derek Rose not only offers a beautiful product, they also back it up with warm and caring people who actually answer a phone call and follow through from the moment an order is placed until the customer is completely satisfied. I think I’m going to purchase a gift for myself now!

Superior Customer Experience
I found the pair of pajamas I wanted out of stock on the website. Being 6 hours behind in the USA, I inquired of customer service how I would know when they were back in stock.
Fay immediately responded to me she would check all of their resellers to find them. She did, retrieved them, and created a personal shopping experience for me.
It’s so refreshing in today’s virtual world to have a human experience with such personal attention. Not only are the Derek Rose garments of fine quality, their customer experience is superior.

Great Quality, Excellent Service
Apart from the excellent quality of their clothing, Derek Rose provides great customer service. When I had to exchange an article of clothing for a larger size I explained the problem by email, It was reserved at once, which was fortunate, because when I actually placed the order there was only one in that size still available. The exchange was easy to make because the replacement was sent to a nearby Derek Rose store. Maybe because it is a family business, the staff is always friendly and helpful, whether on the telephone, in person, or on via email.

I do not normally write reviews good bad or indifferent. But feel Derek Rose a company who produce night wear and similar must be praised. Have known of their existence for over 50 yrs purchasing for my deceased husband. Requiring pajama's , am almost 80 and thinking may end up in hospital etc! Drew a blank. Then recalled Derek Rose. Maybe they produce nightwear for woman. Yes they do. Classic. Beautiful fabrics. But the icing on the cake for myself was finding a company all stages from enquiry to final exchanged purchases who operate seamlessly, immediately and with great courtesy. A rare find. Reminds one what we felt to be British many many years ago. Professor Jones.

Quality of Derek Rose
I love the quality of Derek Rose - both products and customer service. Have PJs in modal, silk, light, medium and heavy weight cotton and they are all second to none.
Had an issue with an order and Fay, the super accommodating customer service rep helped with patience and cheerfulness!

I have been wearing Derek Rose pajamas for years and am very happy with the quality and fit. This year I particularly liked how quick and courteous Derek Rose's service was when I had a query from DHL about customs. I'm so pleased with the new pyjamas that I've ordered one for each of my daughters.
As I couldn't find any more long Women's Pyjamas Lara Micro Modal Stretch in size M on sale I switched to the Lara Short Pyjamas.
I am delighted with the quality and finish of the clothes and the speed of delivery from the UK to Belgium.

Super fast delivery of a high quality gift
I was late in ordering a birthday gift and contacted Derek Rose to ask if it was possible to receive a certain dressing gown with a monogram by the weekend if I ordered on Wednesday. (I did not think it would be possible.) Derek Rose's immediate, helpful reply, however, was that a seamstress could work on it the next day, Thursday, and it would be dispatched on the same day, so I ordered with confidence and was delighted to have the very fine quality dressing gown with a beautiful monogram delivered to me by DHL Express at 1:30 pm on Friday, only two days after I ordered it, and it came in a beautiful box. I have ordered from Derek Rose before as their products are very high quality and I now know that their customer service is of the same very high quality. Five stars and grateful thanks to all the Derek Rose staff who helped, especially Lynn, who ensured that I received the birthday gift in time, and then also Alicia - both for their very prompt and courteous help.
