The meals were all mushed up one week. Then the next week they were delivered the night before the order and left outside all night. Not great.

Your meals certainly shouldn't have arrived damaged. I can see that we have compensated you for this but I can assure you that we are always working on ways to improve our service so we will keep working on this!
In terms of the delivery time, we deliver from 10pm the night before up until 6am the morning of your chosen delivery date. We regularly undergo testing to ensure that the dishes are all kept at the correct temperature throughout the night so they are safe to eat the next day. The ice packs and insulation in the boxes also ensure this.

3 Day Vegan Detox
Tasty food, very healthy and easy having all your meals lined up for 3 days. Would definitely recommend the vegan detox for anyone looking to reset and start a health kick.

Delicious food and delivered outside London
Delicious food, great customer service and a great way to kickstart healthy fasting habits etc. Sadly I am not in London so cannot use the other meal plans but i am so pleased the 3 day reset is available across the UK. thanks

Disappointed that my first experience…
Disappointed that my first experience with Detox Kitchen wasn’t great. Missing milks that were substituted with low cal juices which made the reset challenging, nobody available to contact over the weekend, despite the detox reset starting on a Friday. When I contacted customer services, 4 days later they offered to refund the missing milks, but really the detox should not have been sent out as it wasn’t what I paid for.

Vegan Cleanse - Very effective
Very effective, really delicious. The soups are ideal with both filling and flavor. I will definitely be revisiting this cleanse.

brilliant Fridge Fills
So excited that Fridge Fills are back. This is the tastiest healthy meal service ever, and great for lunch (working from home) or dinner. They rotate the menu, and the meals give well balanced energy. Plus the delivery seems even more efficient and low waste than before. My favourites are the Satay with Chicken and the Turkey Chilli.

I’m allergic to peppers
I’m allergic to peppers. You have to commit to 5 days and I wasn’t given the option to swap a meal! I feel for £200 a week this should be an option to be able to swap a meal

Food was great- surprisingly filling…
Food was great- surprisingly filling and a great way to reset over a weekend.
The only slight disappointment was that in transit , some film kids had broken causing some food spillage. I would have given 5 stars otherwise. I’m not sure if sturdier wrapping/packing or a more careful delivery partner may rectify this. I would have been very disappointed if more food had been lost
