Ordered a new sofa and coffee table and the table came within 2 weeks damaged. They are still to collect this and replace. On top of that our new sofa was to be delivered this Monday just gone and the delivery guy said to me the sofa is not in his van and thought it had been left in Glasgow. I am based up in Aberdeenshire. I am heavily pregnant with a toddler and I had organised my sofa to be removed from

This new sofa. I now have no sofa and DFS said they are very sorry and that it was damaged in transit. I still don’t know what’s happening or when we will get this sofa as I cannot wait another 8 weeks when due a baby in 4 weeks.

Now have to travel back into the store tomorrow to find out if I can have a refund for a sofa cleaning kit I didn't order that has been added onto my invoice. We went over the sofa order. No issues. I said no extras multiple times during the order.

I went to the Kittybrewster store on 12/05 and 19/05
I went to the Kittybrewster store on 13/05/2026 and one of your staff looked after me very well, and essentially the sold the sofa to me that I loved. He got involved when he had to but didn't stick around too long to give me freedom to look around the store. When I was ready for more information about the purchase, he virtually showed me the colour schemes I was after and from then on I was happy with this.
I returned to the store 19/05 to make sure it was still my favourite and another member of staff looked after the sale, but all kudos is for the guy from 12/05 visit. I didnt catch a name.

No pressure.
We were welcomed in a very nice manner with no pressure and aloud to do our own thing. The sales person was polite and knowledgeable about the product we were looking at. The sale went through with no problems.
