We had a great experience, we arrived at your Aberdeen show room yesterday and saw a sofa set we really liked, Helen helped us look at all the different options, from the moment we arrived to ordering the sofa it was flawless.

Really disappointed with dfs
Really disappointed with dfs, we ordered a 7 day express delivery sofa on 11 july 2026 and up to now we still haven't received the sofa, customer service is rude and now telling us next delivery date is 9 August!
Better to go for the ones that will take weeks to deliver

I had a great experience at DFS. Neil was so helpful throughout. He was so attentive and listened to us. We managed to pick the right sofa, right colour and the right material for us. I would highly recommend the team at DFS aberdeen.
