Great guy who served us and was very knowledgeable to choose the sofa we wanted, tailored it for the fabric preferred which was on another sofa and showed us a virtual online picture of the sofa before making our final decision. great coffee too on the new machine, great overall service

Emily has been nothing but exceptional. She has been very patient with me throughout the whole process. I have felt welcome. Her warm smile and politeness has made me feel very comfortable while choosing my sofa. She has shown excellent hospitality and have been very professional throughout my whole experience.

Our sales rep was brilliant
Our sales rep was brilliant. He was polite, helpful, he was knowledgeable, attentive but not pushy. Feel like we totally trusted him and his intentions.
Made us feel comfortable and cleverly (but tastefully) moved the sale forwards well.
He was interested in our family as we had a call during the sale.abiit our boy having and accident at nursery. He was thoughtful and mindful.
Clearly and very skilled member of staff.

One sofa turned up burnt …
One sofa turned up burnt on one corner and the delivery team were basically throwing them around and didn't have the tool to put them together definitely not worth the £159 delivery change you have to pay for
