I went to purchase sofas
I went to purchase sofas. The sales guy was really nice but after we left the finance declined and for 2 weeks I’ve been chasing them to refund my deposit. They keep trying to force me to either get someone else to finance the sofas or pay the balance. Very bad customer service

I am really sorry to hear you're not happy with the process of ordering using finance, this is very disappointing to hear and it is not our intention to make customers feel this way.
We do like to give our customers the opportunity of keeping the order for furniture but with an alternative payment method if they still require the goods. Due to this we do like to call ensuring alternative options have been offered to see how our customers would like to proceed before processing the refund
I have taken a look into your order and I can see your request for a cancellation has been raised and you should receive your refund shortly.

I had a lovely experience at DFS in Bolton, not once did I feel pressured into buying anything, I was able to look round at my own leisure, in peace.
When ready to make my order, me and my children were offered refreshments, still didn’t feel any pressure, the whole atmosphere was so relaxed with DFS Dave. I couldn’t make my mind up on the spot about what colour I wanted so I was able to go home, have a think about it, measure up and then get back to Dave the next day on exactly how I wanted my whole order. The whole experience has been great and I imagine that in the future, I’ll be sticking with DFS. Thankyou so much, Dave.

Whilst browsing with s certain style in mind we were approached by the salesman Sunni who said if we needed help he would be close by if needed, he then left us to our own devices having given us information needed. As stated he was available when we had made a decision and he then went through in detail the order In A relaxed and friendly manner having got us a drink. A full and comprehensive explanation of the system and timeframes costs and delivery/removal of old items. had a really positive experience in store. Darran was welcoming, friendly, and very patient throughout my visit. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, carefully went through the measurements of my room, and made sure the sofa I wanted would fit the space properly. He also showed me a variety of different sofas and explained the options without making me feel rushed or under any pressure to make a decision.
His knowledge and attention to detail gave me confidence that I was choosing the right sofa, and he made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. Excellent customer service – I would definitely recommend DFS based on my experience.
