Buying a bed from DFS
We were buying a bed from DFS, so we were informed that the bed would be supplied and delivered by a third party company, which we were happy with. We had looked at the bed on the DFS website, so we knew what we wanted and we weren't too bothered about there being no beds in the DFS showroom to look at. The price of the bed was very compeditive. When we went into the DFS store we were greeted by a very helpful young lady who then took our order and explained everything about the purchase to us. The young lady was friendly, helpful and professional and guided us through the sales process, so my thanks to her for all her help.

A very pleasant experience
We went into DFS and looked around without feeling pressured. The staff we're all very friendly.
The assistant who looked after us was really helpful and it didnt phase him with me being indecisive 🙃

Straight forward from entering and leaving. Customer service was excellent the member of staff listened to our needs and was polite and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and not pushy. Plus he made a really good cup of coffee.

We were allowed to browse and given time to look around.The assistant was not pressuring us but made sure he was available to answer questions.We were offered a drink which was very acceptable.I appreciated having the order double checked with another member of staff.

As Bradford store was nearer I decided to go there
The staff were really good
Especially Zahara
She explained everything and was very informative, pointing out certain issues that had not been explained at the other store
I ended up placing an order straight away
A very good experience

Great service
Great service. The sales assistant Simran spent ages helping us choose the correct furniture. Nothing was too much trouble. Super friendly and efficient, but not pushy or overbearing. Cannot praise her highly enough.
