I had a young lady by the name of Sabina assisting my son and I, who was quite new to her job, but I had a fantastic time with her. I felt very comfortable. She showed us a variety of settees. The one I ordered wasn't available in store, so she ordered online. With staff like Sabina, you don't need to worry, she's an excellent salesperson. As for the store itself, it's very welcoming. In my opinion, everything in the Brent Cross store is good.

Rash was an amazing, he explained everything very clearly and had excellent knowledge of his product availability as we needed a sofa urgently and he found us a near perfect match which can be delivered in 2 weeks! Great customer service.
