Service with a smile
We went into a few sofa shops prior to going into DFS, when we did we met Neil, he helped show us what options were available and was a pleasure to deal with making sure we picked the right decision for us.

Michael was amazing 👏. So friendly helpful understanding patient, & not at all pushy. He was happy for my wheelchair dependant husband to try out the mechanism on the bed setee we wanted & showed us other suitable options within our price range.
We came away very satisfied with our purchase 😀.

The process of buying a new sofa from DFS was incredibly smooth and easy. We were lucky to deal with David. David was a friendly and well informed sales assistant and was a pleasure to do business with.
