Updating my review
I am updating my review.
Previously I felt Disappointed as I bought a sofa on 7th of June with 7 days express delivery. Only 9 days later after started ringing them I managed to get delivery date, which is another week of wait.
Sofa was delivered on 22nd of June. Which is late from express delivery timing. But delivery guys was very professional, done the job quickly, very happy with their service. Also the phone call from customer service surprised nicely, thank you .

We had a lovely experience. Firstly, we were not jumped on when walked in, we were left to walk around at our own leisure. When we were ready we approached a gentleman (didn’t get his name but we were in 8th June around 4pm . I will be asking for the guys name as he was absolutely fantastic! He listened to what we wanted, helped us choose the best items for us and didn’t try to upsell lots of extras. Would definitely recommend as was dreading this a little but the whole experience was perfect. He literally sat on our future sofa and even had a hot drink made for us whilst we decided. Great service!
