We felt comfortable browsing around the store without being hassled! We were asked if we were ok, bit at no time were we approached with a sale in mind!!
Once we wanted assistance it was offered quickly bit again, no hard sell we were listened to and when we asked questions, they were answered professionally and quickly. When we were read to commit to buying a sofa we were led throuhh the process at our pace, never rushed!

Great welcome on entering the store.allowed to browse with out any pressure always ready to answer questions. When we found the products the sales lady told us to take our time to be sure it was what we was wanting. Upon deciding she was great at explaining the benefits that went with the suites.the lady was a total professional a real credit to the company nothing was too much trouble.i would recommend Scarlett to anyone looking for a suite. Tehseen was very helpful as we needed to ensure the sofa would fit into the property so he helped measure and showed us how the sofa comes apart and explained how it would be delivered and put together when in the property.

Scarlett was a great help, very knowledge and very helpful.

ben was excelelent from going in to coming out of the store with product k nolegeand and taken us through prices and after care and what delivery drivers do when they come with your new sofas all explaned fully and credit terms as well
