We’ve had item from you along time ago. We thought of going to DFS for a look around. Was very pleased with loads to choose from. We pick the one we like and the lady was very friendly and explaining every thing. We thought the store was nice and friendly.

Ordered a sofa & cuddler chair at DFS Derby today, and I was very pleased with the service I received. Dominic was very helpful and listened to what I said I needed. He pointed out relevant things in relation to what I needed and then left us to look. He came back when I had made my decision and politely went through the ordering process with me. Great staff member !

What an easy experience buying a new sofa. No pushy salesperson or hard sell.
When we decided on our new sofa , the salesperson sat with us and gave us a price including delivery.

I was very clear on what I wanted and spoke with a young manager who explained and took her time with helping me choose all options were explained however no pushy sales techniques which I appreciated.
