Good product, professional service
I was looking for a chair to compliment a leather sofa bought from DFS a few years back. Met by Sunny who was pleasant, enthusiastic and helpful, but without being pushy. After deciding to buy a particular chair Sunny completed the sale with further information, and advice and the whole matter was dealt with in a professional, and friendly manner. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Sunny and DFS again.

Tasinah, Coffee and Comfort…
Tasinah made our experience comfortable and relaxed. We attended with our 5 year old so you can imagine keeping her entertained whilst picking our sofa was difficult! All our questions were answered, and at no time did we feel rushed or pressured. Thanks for the help. PS… decent coffee as well. 👍🏻

Tasinah was a huge help when choosing our new sofa, she went above and beyond with us but also our 5 year old daughter. She made such an effort would recommend her 100 times over. If you need anything at all from dfs then ask for Tasinah

We didn't feel under pressure to buy and we was informed of the product in a detailed way
This enabled us to make the decision to buy the furniture
The person who served me and my husband was called Suni and her customer service was really good

Customer Service in the shop. Wayne was particularly helpful and thorough in detailing the product being purchased and it's up-keep once delivered. He was patient when i asked questions and seemed to want to fully inform customer of details. Process was easy and didn't feel pressured as some sales people can be a little full on.
