Always great to deal with friendly staff.
One problem communication is poor after assessment of my sofa was simple to pay for part if I was given the choice to do so o only when I visited the store all action had stopped till I payed for switch but no one told us only £45 for part so no issues on my side all done and payed now after second when told resulting in a two month wait for switch could have been done if there was more communication other than that staff are great as always we are repeat customer 3 or 4 sofas and a bed over the years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic customer service to find my dream couch
I went to DFS looking for the couch id fallen in love with since i saw it in ads last october till now.
