We had an excellent experience at DFS Enfield, thanks to Hassan. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all of our questions with patience, and never made us feel pressured.
His knowledge of the products and genuine customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Hassan went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect sofa and made the purchasing process smooth from start to finish.

It was a very pleasant experience getting our replacement sofa and we would like to thank Erisa for being patient in dealing with us and making the whole process easy.

Nice coffee table ,great price. Quick delivery.
I thought that £49 was quite expensive for the delivery of a £199 coffee table and nearly didn't buy it. I was offered delivery for a better price and bought the coffee table.

Within 1 hour we had chosen our sofa.
We walked in and a worker approached us, we said we were just looking thank you. We walked around sat on a few sofas, and decided which one we wanted. Delivered six days later, and love it.

Welcoming friendly helpful staff.
My experience was great... i explained what i needed... the agent took me straight over and showed me plenty of options. No pressure.. left us to double think and envision the furniture at home.. such great customer service 10/10
