I had an amazing experience at dfs. The staff were professional, welcoming and most importantly happy to help and answer all questions. The man that was taking care of me ensured to all my questions were answered and helped me choose a sofa that best suits my needs. I am very sanitised with my purchase and the staff made it so much more enjoyable. I would definitely be coming back and I have already recommended to family.

Yesterday me and my husband we went to DFS and bought it a sofa ,the shop assistant Amy was extremely helpful and very friendly with us ,she was so professional explaining to us everything with lot of patience,she gave us time to choose the right sofa size ,she was very respectful and kind.
DFS is one of my favourite shop,very relaxing atmosphere .

The assistant was very helpful. Not too pushy, which always makes me walk out. He talked us through the options we had narrowed it down to and helped us make a decision we are very happy with. Would highly recommend.
