Excellent customer service
Me and my partner are moving home and went in to have a look at the possibility of buying a new sofa and Dinning table.
Bob introduced himself as we entered and made us feel very welcomed.
Bob had incredible customer service.
After me and my partner picked out the furniture, Bob explained the whole process with different designs, fabrics and delivery date and cost. Bob made things very clear and made everything stress free. He even went into details about the cleaning and looking after our new furniture.
Would definitely recommend a visit if you're looking for quality furniture and top tier service.

Went to the store a couple of times
Went to the store a couple of times, knew what kind of sofa we wanted . Matt was great he explained what was in store showed us a couple and then left us to look around.

Purchased a 2 seater sofa today bob was very efficient pleasant very informative about the sofa and he was very polite we have left very happy with our purchase which is to be delivered in approx 12 weeks I previously thought dfs was very expensive but very reasonable prices overall a great experience and we left very happy
