Excellent experience at Giltbrook branch
Kelly was fantastic and very informative. I wasn’t going to buy anything I just came in for a look. Kelly came over and was very patient with all of my questions. I have never bought a couch before but she showed me affordable options in the style I wanted. I went in for nothing and ended up purchasing a couch, a chair and a coffee table either I am easily convinced or Kelly is excellent at her job. Personally I would go with the latter.

Awesome experience!
Absolutely perfect experience during our visit / purchase. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Bob who couldn't have been more lovely. Even the coffee was great! 10/10 from us.

The staff were very helpful
The staff were very helpful. Very good customer service; they discussed options; colours and different options for the sofa legs.
Discussed the guarantee and additional upgrades to the guarantee.
The only disappointment was that the sofas do not come with cushions as one would expect.
