Our sales person, Alice, was exceptionally kind and helpful during our purchase. She readily answered any questions posed to her and volunteered helpful advice and information without prompting. Without forcefully upselling, she managed to explain the benefits and costs of various upgrades, and convinced us to buy a few after all. Would highly commend her efforts.

Guildford Branch- I went in to pick out a sofa for my new property and was assisted by David. David was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the process.
